Customizable, professional, easy to use

4.0 8 months ago

Comments: Overall the product has helped us spend a lot less time with the logistics of learning, and lets learners work asynchronously in a lot of cases to get the information they need in a self-serve mode, making it much faster to onboard and educate employees and customers.

Pros:

I like how we are able to create a professional learning environment and brand it to match with our corporate look. We are able to manage a lot of content and categorize it so that each different type of learner can find what they need

Cons:

Some operations are repetitive and require a lot of clicks because certain areas of the site are aging compared to others and haven't been streamlined as much.

Global Learning Management Strategy: Scalable and Customizable through Docebo

5.0 5 months ago

Comments: Overall, from customer support to providing comprehensive customer education, Docebo has surpassed my expecation. In addition, their pipeline of new features and such is quite good. They keep a close ear to what the market needs.

Pros:

The system itself matches almost all of my company's various L&D requirements. Both internally and externally. To top things off, the support from the account manager and their customer education team is superb.

Cons:

Overall, the system is able to meet our requirements. That said, it would be nice if I can setup admin accounts that come with hands on support coming from the system. A full tutorial experience for other admins so that will handhold them while they're still new. This would lock or consistently/persistently produce pop ups while a main admin feels that the sub admin is still inexperienced. Docebo was comprehensive in training me, but it seems that too many people do not know how to search for documentation on their own. Forcing such individuals to experience a super spoon-fed experience may be what's needed for some individuals.

Docebo supports!

4.0 2 months ago New

Pros:

I like how they listen to what their clients need. They adapt, provide options, and allow their clients to get what they need.

Cons:

If you get Docebo as a third party from a different provider, your options would have limitations as some features are not available, like when you directly get to Docebo

Great platform with many features

5.0 3 months ago

Comments: Easy to work with, quick to learn. Thanks to Docebo's Community and Knowledge Base, I think anybody can make it work.

Pros:

There are many different features and even if something is not built-in, you can usually find a good workaround for it. In the last couple of years, Docebo is more focused on improving existing functionalities which is a fantastic step into the right direction.

Cons:

I do believe their customer support, although fast, is not of the best quality. I often found them not knowing enough about the platform.

Excellent scalable and customizable learning management system

5.0 6 months ago

Comments: I have the best sales and knowledge reps ever. They are always ready to answer my craziest questions and weirdest ideas that I have to use on the platform. The help desk is super quick and helpful assisting in issues that arise. The overall experience has been outstanding. Docebo offers a robust and user-friendly platform that streamlines the process of creating, managing, and delivering training content.

Pros:

Docebo has been very helpful in standardizing our training for both our employees and customers, and making it possible to conduct a lot of training asynchronously, drastically increasing our reach and reducing the amount of time and travel spent by instructors.

Cons:

Reporting, My Team features, gamification & eCommerce integrations

How Docebo Unified Our LMS Content

5.0 6 months ago

Comments: The establishment and migration process was a breeze compared to other migrations. Customer service and technical support is fantastic.

Pros:

Our company needed to combine both external and internal training content from several LMS and merge into one central LMS. The ability to set up branches has allowed us to do that while still allowing customization and controlling the type of access needed for each departmental usage.

Cons:

Reporting feature (as with all LMS I've come across) is still not robust enough in it's customization features. We still have to export raw data into another application to get the reports we need.

Docebo offers the features that we need... and more!

5.0 last year

Comments: We are very happy with how we've been able to grow our instance since making the switch to Docebo 2+ years ago. We are able to offer our learners a much more comprehensive learning journey!

Pros:

Docebo is flexible to meet the requirements of our external, enterprise business as well as our internal company training and compliance testing.

Cons:

There are still some inconsistencies with similar features that aren't always obvious from the start.

Pros:

Overall based on many different previously used LMSs, it's like night and day. Docebo is so much easier to use than anything. Just hired two new team members and they both after 1 week in Docebo cant believe how much easier it is than any other system.

Cons:

Checklist feature needs to do much better with reporting and scheduling features.

Docebo, stable learning management platform, exciting product releases.

4.0 7 months ago

Pros:

Docebo has a lot of features and flexibility. We have the Discover, Coach, and Share packages and Extended Enterprise (which allows up to 50 subdomains). We had a slow ramp-up time, but once we understood what was under the hood, we migrated all 70 clients over to the new system with over 5,000 pieces of content. 10 languages as well, which is another benefit that they offer, the language capability is great as we expand.

Cons:

After working with Docebo for the last three years, I have to say I don't like that they like to charge for a la carte services, instead of including them in a larger package deal. This makes it harder to sell the services to our leadership team. Add-ons keep adding up $$$.

Solid and can be even better

4.0 4 months ago

Comments: It makes things easier for our team. The automation features save us so much time, and I love that everything is in one place. It’s also been great to see how the platform adapts to different learning needs, making it super flexible for different teams and roles.

Pros:

The platform allows for flexibility in how we deliver the learning experience, it performs rather well without frequent bugs or crashes - stability is really important for us in the organization.

Cons:

The cost could be lower, you need to invent workarounds for things that should be easily accessible, for some useful features you need to use the clunky API (downloading content off LMS)

Great platform and service

5.0 11 months ago

Comments: In terms of the platform's core functionality and user experience, everything meets our expectations quite well. However, we've identified activation and marketing automation as the most significant challenges. Streamlining these aspects would greatly enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our engagement with the platform.

Pros:

We experienced a seamless integration process with our existing systems, including Single Sign-On (SSO), which was a major advantage. The platform's user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) are exceptional, offering intuitive navigation and a user-friendly design. The support from the Docebo team during the kick-off phase was commendable; their technological expertise is clearly mirrored in their customer service and technical support. This combination of advanced technology and skilled personnel greatly enhanced our overall experience with the Docebo platform.

Cons:

One area for improvement in the Docebo platform is the webinar registration process. It's not as straightforward as simply clicking a link, as you might with Teams or Zoom, which can be a bit cumbersome. Additionally, the platform could enhance its capabilities in tracking offline training and capturing offline data.

Docebo Review: An LMS Admins Perspective

4.0 7 months ago

Pros:

- Once you understand the foundational elements of the LMS, it is easy to use. - Features and settings for courses and learning plans are easy to navigate. - Fantastic customer support on the technical side. - Pretty good options and ability to create an optional course library for learners. - Easy to build pages, courses, learning plans, catalogs, channels, etc.

Cons:

- Lack of customization when it comes to different pages. - Some items you would assume would be an included feature, but are not present. - Requires some prior knowledge of API and SAML to make full use of the LMS.

Docebo provided the foundation to an exponential growth.

5.0 last year

Comments: It has been great! We do due diligence a keep an eye for what is in the marketplace, Docebo keeps surprising us with upgrades, they really listen to their users needs, and because of that they keep meeting our needs, even the one we did not knew we had :)

Pros:

Ease of use, learn as you go, support is there when you need it. We chose it because it reporting tool and continuous enhancements.

Cons:

As a tool it is great no biggies. One of my pet peeves is that when exporting users profiles, the default is: do not include headers. Allowing power users managing channels to delete comment from their channels. At this time only SuperAdmins can delete a comment. More out of the box integrations with HRIS system. Many clients want to manage their training from their system, and need two way communication between systems. Without to having to get programmers into the mix.

The most accessible LMS solution

5.0 last year

Comments: Overall, very good. Their support team have enabled us to work through some challenging integrations and add features to customise our users' learning experience, and are just very supportive when there is a problem.

Pros:

I really enjoy using Docebo as a platform as I can manage all my users' progress, manage courses with ease and update the content without having to remove and upload courses. I love that it is easy to access for other users, and that it handles technically challenging content well too.

Cons:

I struggle on occasion with the admin menus - there is a lot to sift through and it could do with being reorganised.

Docebo - in the top 10 worldwide for a reason

5.0 last year

Comments: Fantastic team of people to work with, and they output regular updates that don't break the system each time they roll out. The code base seems very stable.

Pros:

I literally saved a part-time equivalent position when I switched LMSs to Docebo because the admin side is so easy to use. It has excellent APIs that are very capable of automation like user data feeds. The system is easy for first-time users to figure out and our admin team to set up and manage coursework.

Cons:

It does a terrible job of archiving old content.
