Quick and easy to learn and train staff. PandaDoc support team is responsive, even if they don't have all the answers.
Unfortunately I find the program a bit confusing, it took me a bit longer to understand everything.

Best online platform for certified documents
Comments: I've liked using Pandadoc. It's really easy to use and easy for others as well. The templates and the user experience is what stands out for me
Pros:
The default templates were really helpful to get started with certain documents The UI UX is really good Sharing with others is easy as well
Cons:
I feel they could offer better pricing They are also not utilizing AI much where they could have made a good impact because most documents can be generated with few inputs.
PandaDoc an easier way to create and manage documents.
Comments: There is only one word to describe our experience with PandaDoc and that is exceptional. It has made it so easy for us to create and take charge of our documents all from a single platform. Its ease of use makes it really quick for us to create any kind of document that we are in need of.
Pros:
The user interface is very clean and I have liked how PandaDoc makes it easy to create and edit any kind of document. PandaDoc offers premium features like e-signature that ease our work of signing documents. It has a document tracking function that allow us to monitor how and where each and every document we have is being used. It has a secure and fast file sharing tool that help us to share documents safely without loosing any of their data.
Cons:
PandaDoc could not have been any better than it already is. No part of it that is disliked.
Fine for small business
Comments: We used it to send over contracts for signature. It was very basic but it worked.
Pros:
It was fairly easy to use and you can send pretty much any documents for signature.
Cons:
It didn't integrate with our system and reps had too much flexibility.

Comments: PandaDoc's analytics and reporting capabilities have been quite helpful in helping us understand our document processes. Our understanding of customer behavior and preferences is enhanced by the ability to track document views, engagement, and completion rates. This helps us to develop customer contact and document strategies.
Pros:
I loved PandaDoc's comprehensive and user-friendly interface the most as the Director of ICT Operations since it greatly expedites the workflow and document management operations. For handling contracts, proposals, and other business papers, PandaDoc offers an easy-to-use interface that smoothly interacts with a variety of CRM systems. This makes the platform highly effective. Because this integration feature makes sure that all of our business and sales processes are in sync, managing documents manually requires less work overall, increasing team productivity.
Cons:
The mobile experience for PandaDoc may also need some work. Although mobile devices can access the platform, the desktop version's user experience is more responsive and intuitive than that of the mobile version. For team members who must evaluate or approve documents while on the fly, this might be a hassle.
Great for Business
Comments: Overall, we really enjoy using PandaDocs. Their support team is fantastic. They've helped us come up with solutions and workarounds for my teams specific issues.
Pros:
PandaDoc simplifies the process of creating documents quickly and efficiently. In just a few minutes, my sales reps can build a pricing table, draft a business case, add testimonials, and include signature blocks. Once the document is ready, it's essential for our workflow to include the PandaDoc approval process, ensuring that sales reps get managers approval before each quote is sent out.
Cons:
We no longer use the templates. Instead, we customize each contract for our clients directly in Google Docs. As a result, the template feature isn't useful for us. Once a document is in PandaDoc, it can't be edited, and if we spot errors like incorrect dates or names, we have to delete the document and start from scratch.

Comments: It makes managing documents easy and improves workflow efficiency. Despite minor challenges with customization and cost, its features are very helpful for business needs.
Pros:
It is user-friendly and makes creating, sending, and signing documents simple and efficient. Its templates save time, and the tracking feature helps monitor document status.
Cons:
Sometimes, the platform can feel slow, especially when handling larger documents. Customizing templates for specific needs can be tricky without advanced knowledge. Also, the pricing may be high for small businesses or startups.

easy to add sheets from templates / libraries
Cons:
1- not so fun to copy a page from another offer... you have to open the previous one, copy as a template, open the new one, import the page... Can we not open two documents at the same time to allow copies ? 2-the tables are not so easy to modify: some troubles using the format "EURxxx" or sometimes it is "€xxx" 3-import an image must go through a file, not allowed directly using a screenshot
My PandaDoc Review
Comments: My overall experience with PandaDoc has been exceptional. I really like the ease of it being emailed to me and being able to sign automatically without having to print.
Pros:
I like the ease of opening the file and being able to view it and electronically sign it. I had no issues with signing or it being received on my mobile device.
Cons:
The only thing was the print/wording of the document that I opened and no way to make the font bigger.

Pros:
The ability to create, send, and track documents all in one platform is incredibly convenient. The e-signature feature has streamlined my workflow, saving me time and hassle. It also integrates smoothly with other tools, which is a huge plus.
Cons:
My experience with PandaDoc has been mostly positive. It has simplified the process of sending out contracts and getting them signed electronically, which has greatly improved efficiency. I appreciate how easy it is to use, but wish the pricing was more accessible for smaller companies.
PandaDoc is a visually appealing and powerful tool enabling sales teams
Comments: PandaDoc was a fantastic addition to our tech stack after a pretty poor experience with Docusign. It is a must have tool for dynamic sales teams that want to make their contracts far more powerful and visually appealing to customers.
Pros:
PandaDoc enables you to create visually appealing beautiful contracts that make a huge difference when it comes to signing. Previously, we used Docusign and the contracts were incredibly boring and now compelling. With Panda, we have beautiful images that enhance the experience and increase the close rate. The integration with Hubspot is fantastic and the workflow automation is powerful. The ability to create templates has saved countless hours and can easily be adapted without needing prior training.
Cons:
The challenge with PandaDocs is the limitations not having a native integration with Hubspot. Ideally, you want to have a contract tool built by the CRM but in this case, it relies on an API which does have certain limitations.

Alternatives Considered:
Fantastic solution for digitizing your signed documents
Comments: We've been using Pandadoc for about two years, and it's been a fantastic tool for managing our e-sign docs on the cloud. We usually get about a few dozen docs signed every month and it was priced a lot better for that scale. It's also pretty easy to set up and maintain, and rarely causes issues where we have to intervene manually. All in all, I strongly recommend Pandadoc, especially if you're still on paper docs.
Pros:
I like how easy it is to get it up and running. We used the document scanning a lot in the beginning to move our standard agreements to the system, and that saved us tons of time from having to draw everything up from scratch. But the template library is also a great addition to save time when you have to create a doc on the system.
Cons:
I'd love to have the personalization tokens improved, like having the ability to automatically enter names and titles etc., based on the information of each contact.

Awesome Usability + Easy learning-curve!
Comments: Overall, the benefits of PandaDoc's secure data storage, digital signature (multi and singular) and template options far outweigh the issue of phone resizing.
Pros:
I love that once you make a template in PandaDoc you can easily assign signature roles, adjust client information, and input custom variables so that everything is easily customized and doesn't have to be re-built from scratch.
Cons:
My biggest issue within PandaDoc is that you are not able to crop or resize photos within a frame once imported. You can re-size the frame itself but not the image.
Alternatives Considered:
Great free DocuSign alternative
Comments: PandaDoc helped us sign hundreds of contracts without any hustle. Their pricing model and free tier are very generous and great for startups.
Pros:
PandaDoc has solved all of our basic needs with its free tier. Great experience overall.
Cons:
The free tier is somewhat limited, but it's done the work. DocuSign is more established and trusted.
PandaDoc Review
Pros:
The thing I like the most about PandaDoc is its integration capabilities with our CRMs. We're able to access customer contract information across multiple platforms and report on this data.
Cons:
The thing I liked the least about PandaDoc is the limitations on the roles I can assign to users. I'd like for certain users to only view certain documents but, at least for now, couldn't find a way to do so.

PandaDoc - An absolute must have for those firms wanting to save time and improve efficiency
Comments: Having PandaDoc is an essential tool for our firm, and has become part of the foundation of our processes and communication with our clients.
Pros:
The ability to use professional templates with ease and send out Client Agreements for review and completion has been extremely helpful. This has replaced a very clunky process of updating a word document and sending as PDF etc. Having a web based product, including an app has allowed our lawyers and sales team the ability to important and timely steps!
Cons:
We have been quite happy with PandaDoc, including all of the regular product update sessions. They appear to listen to their clients and implement positive changes.
An Amazing Document Management Software
Pros:
Unlike DocuSign, PandaDoc offers great features for document management including electronic signing. I like the automation and workflow features and it ensures a smooth way of handling documents. I also like the billing and invoicing capabilities.
Cons:
I only have praises for PandaDoc as it hasn't failed.
A very easy-to-use platform
Comments: We use it to send contracts to our customers and so far we haven't had any issues with he platform.
Pros:
Very versatile and easy-to-use platform.

For the time we're working with PandaDoc we haven't seen any cons.
Documents powerhouse
Comments: Is great in managing your documents, create and store them securely.
Pros:
Account setup was easy and support was very fast and clear. I manage with PandaDoc all documents, document creation and signing. A real document manage powerhouse.
Cons:
From my point of view the price could be a little smaller on monthly plans, but not a deal breaker.

Luxury documents and budgets are what PandaDoc stands for
Comments: We've found it incredibly useful for sending detailed quotations to potential clients. We have also used electronic signatures when necessary for the transaction at hand. Its reach has been significant for the records we maintain. This program is highly suggested as it is crucial for legalizing your business paperwork. The automated price estimates met my expectations, and you'll find them helpful.
Pros:
Using PandaDoc, I don't have to worry about designating an employee to generate quotations and distribute them to potential hires. Having a database of electronic signatures is helpful because of my prior company. My team and I use the same library and templates to assure any client that we provide the same service level.
Cons:
As a user, I would like the option of creating separate folders for different types of documents, inside which I might arrange things like price quotes by creation date.

Also has remainder email feature to get updates when someone signs the document.
Pros:
Best tool for e-signing document , Feature to upload a document , create respective signing fields and sent directly via email to client.

Cons:
No report can be pulled by signer's name in order to monitor the number of contracts signed by each, for example.

With PandaDoc, there is so much I like. Firstly, it makes signing easy and supports multi-party signing. The software comes with forms automation features and contract management is easy too. The software makes workflow and document management easy making it even better suited for business use.

Maybe the notification received by the receiving party can be accessed outside the organization.
