Comments: From the first contact, Ronspot representatives actively provided all the support information necessary for our decision about the product choice. A fully working demo environment was available to try the product functionality. Implementation took just a few days, including the design of the map zones. Users' adoption of the system was flawless due to the optimized GUI and native application.

Excellent Desk and Car Park Booking system

Comments: Its a positive experience and assisted in the move to hybrid working in our organisation. The quick response by Ronspot support for any help we needed in installing the system, training and the ongoing management of the system made managing the Ronspot system easy which freed my team up to carry out other essential duties.

Pros:

The system is easy to use for staff on their laptop or mobile device. It allows us to manage staff attending the office and gives assurance to staff that they have a desk when travelling to the office. Ronspot provided us with training when we initialised the system which was useful to familiarise staff with its operation.

Cons:

I did not have anything I didn't like about the system. Any issues that arose with its operation or where we required additional help setting up groups on the system was quickly dealt with by the Ronspot support team.

Pros:

Having the option to be able to print reports and download them and export them is helpful

Cons:

Creates problems when cars are parked in violation, generates notifications that go to admin in offices instead of directly notifying the user in violation.

Comments: Overall experience was excellent. [sensitive content hidden] were great to deal with. Really quick to reply and very patient when it came to making sure our needs were met. We have a complicated system with a lot of people travelling between 4 different offices.
The online user training sessions were also a huge benefit.

Pros:

Ease of use for our Employees especially on Mobile app. Employees have commented on how much quicker it is to go into find a desk in comparison to a previous app that we had in place.

Cons:

Once it was all setup there was very little that I didn't like. Due to our complicated Office structure there was a lot to setup in the background but assistance from Ronspot was excellent

Comments: My overall experience with Ronspot is very positive. It helps us to manage possible conflicts when sharing desks and meeting room during reconstruction of our offices. A possibilty to use Ronspot for parking spots booking is open for the future, as the spots will be equipped with electric chargers raising the importance of booking and parking spots management. User acceptance is smooth, thanks to self-explanatory design of mobile and web user interfaces.

Pros:

Easy of use and fast implemenation. I managed that in two days, starting with learing the RONSPOT till two zoned ready for use to our users. I appreciate three-in-one application concept: desk, parking and meeting room bookings. Mobile application is easy to use and has a clean accomodating design.

Cons:

I'd appreciate the improvement of map designer: copy and move all blocks of map together on the canvas, place desks right next to the walls, don't rotate spot numbers together with desk rotation (text is upside down), desk spot list to keep preset items per page (now it always resets to 10), minor bugfixes like ability to attached/change zone picture not just upon zone creation but also later, to keep my preset order at Desk Post List (sorting by selects columns), not insist on Half Refund setting upon zone creration when I don't what to use it at all etc.

Comments: The setup and support throughout the initial implementation phase was first class. Very accommodating and catered for our complex needs.

Pros:

Easy to use and navigate through, both from a user and admin perspective. The way the application is setup allows for an easy transition to desk booking.

Comments: Amazing. This is a blessing and has improved both FM and customer experience when using the car park.

Pros:

Easy to use. Great customer experience. Provides useful analytics. It manages the car park with very little involvement.

Cons:

A feature that is missing would be FM to be able to report infringements or support audits.

The app should remember the previous booked location and directed to that floor for current or future booking if desks are available.

Desk Booking made Easy

Comments: We like the visibility of who is in the office. I would like colours for teams so that they can books seats together at a glance.

Pros:

It is easy to set up, user friendly, secure and encourages the use of the office.

Cons:

Sometimes it has glitches and issues, I would like an alert when it is known to be not working so that I can advise my staff.

Parking Management

Comments: Our office is based on a business park with allocated spaces and not enough to go round, there is also very limited offsite parking. Our team is happy that they know when they have a parking space before they arrive at work. It has taken away the worry of not being able to park and is also encouraging a more hybrid working culture.

Pros:

Being able to personalise to our business. As administrator, I like that I can oversee everything in the portal and make changes to suit the service that we need. The parking changes in real time, so that bays can be booked at the last minute. Customer support is also good and any queries or problems are responded to and sorted quickly.

Cons:

So far the system has worked well for us and we haven't had many set up issues. I would like to be able to book out our visitor bays for people who aren't registered on the system, by the hour. I believe this is something that is in the pipeline and we did find a workaround, that solved the issue.

Comments: The overall feedback from employees and more importantly executive management has been extremely positive. Ronspot has proved tremendously beneficial to our company who have actively looked at reducing office space and with our hybrid work model, Ronspot has provided solutions for our flexible hotdesks we have set up in our offices.

Pros:

The beauty and major benefit of using Ronspot is that it is such a simple app to use for the common employee who might not be IT savvy. Their support team are fantastic and they respond and assist almost immediately with any reported issues. They are always sending out communication emails with updates and new features offered. They are also constantly working on developing and improving their overall package.

Cons:

There are some minor issues that they are looking into, namely Reporting and Azure AD syncing of groups/city's attributes.

Comments: Excellent system, Minor issues, Constant available support

Pros:

The mobile application is very well designed, The Single Sign on integration is very easy and simple to use. The whole application/software is very easy to use from a end user perspective. Cost of the software is a important pro, Map creation easy to create also

Cons:

Would like a few more Roles available for different settings, Such as a Team Lead roll that can do a little more but not as much as Admin. More of a Management role where they can make multiple bookings and manage bookings within the admin being present.

Comments: Very positive. The team are very responsive during onboarding and at any point assistance is required, any queries at all they'll get right back to you.

Pros:

The desk booking system makes it easy to keep track of available desk space, covid contact tracing, and department allocation.

Cons:

The WFH confirmation functionality could use work. The reporting has cut-off of 8am.

Comments: Amazing value for money , great product which is straightforward to use and takes the headache out of managing parking.

Pros:

RONSPOT makes managing parking for our office really easy. Setting it up was a seamless process with the help from the team at RONSPOT who responded to all questions super quick, customer service is fantastic.

Cons:

Admin being able to book more than 90 days in advance.

Comments: It is wonderful software with dynamic feature based on your office layout you can customize your booking. I would recommend everyone should use this software to balance your work and office experience.

Pros:

Ronspot platform provides simple way to book your spot for working. The entire design and booking method very open and does not require an assistant or help to learn.

Most of the features are very useful and dont have any comments on the platform.

Comments: Is easy to know if a meeting room is available without having to go looking for an empty one and knowing that no one will interrupt the meeting.

Pros:

It is an easy-to-find application that allows new people to know where their colleagues are in addition to being able to choose the most convenient place of work.
