Terrible back office process design and customer service. No download library. Customer service who don't know the product and give wrong advice. Broken refund process in which they cancel accounts without refunding payments. I asked about the download library as I lost access to my previous downloads (an absolutely essential feature and extremely basic). I was told first there wasn't one. Fair enough. Was told also that previous downloads have a red shape around them. Tried to find creatives with a red shape around them - couldn't find any. Went back to chat support, now told I need to resubscribe to get access to old downloads. Okay I thought, download library really should be a core feature but okay, so I paid to re-sub. Turned out,still no access to my downloads, so I was told incorrectly twice I would have access and it isn't actually possible. Finally I give up and ask for a refund. No response, had to chase. No problem, was told 5 days. And now a week later I log back in and not only have I not received a refund - my subscription has been cancelled also not active even though I have paid for it!! I am counting 5 or 6 events here where the support process has failed. No one seems to care, maybe because I am on a cheaper plan but this is some of the worst experience with an app can remember. At time of writing again offered a refund (3rd time it has been promised). Yet nothing else, no gesture of credits or anything. Truly terrible. Whole company needs a redesign of its customer service processes. Check reddit for some more honest reviews of the quality of the creatives.

Comments: Pretty horrible due to trusting this site with my details to abuse them. For a Paris based business that used USD should have been my first indication.

Pros:

They hide their reviews very well, plenty of social platforms over face book, reddit, twitter and other platforms. Would look up Australian Business podcasts, as there will be an extensive review of this upcoming over multiple platforms detailing victims of this company.

Cons:

No emailed invoices, notice of subscription or cancellation. Customer service will not reply unless threatened - Will lie about refunds that will never follow through. I suggest looking at the youtube/reddit/facebook platforms that also detail this.

Overhyped, Immature Software

Comments: There is very limited functionality. Many ad creatives are very similar, and most are useless, so we end up using a few usable ones.

Pros:

Easy to use. However, the software does not have many features to offer.

Cons:

There is a lack of essential features, buggy software, and crucial features like videos and slide shows. They brag about AI functionality, but it is totally overblown. The designs are basic and repetitive. Fake advertising and misrepresentation over social media.

Bad business practice if not illegal, bad product etc.

Comments: We signed up, entered a credit card for free trial. As soon as we realised the product is not for us, we removed the credit card in order for us to not be charged. There were no instructions on how to cancel the free trial and no button, so we assumed removing the credit card will be enough. After two months, when we were charged more than 600€ on a CC, we contacted them immediately and asked for a refund and their response was that they have a window of 7 days to decide whether refund or not. Today is 8th day and still no response. They also dont send any kind of emails regarding billing, product etc. so you basically dont know you are still using their product. I would heavily avoid them. Also the product is not as advertised, its generated videos are really bad and cant be used for anything.

From the first login we realized the product is not for us and it will not suffice.

You can upload your logo and colors. Nothing else, its repetitive creatives no matter what you enter.

Cons:

Don't buy this. First of all the "ad creatives" they give you are repetitive and unusable. You can just make something this simple on Canva. But the worst part is they charged my credit card multiple times after I completely canceled! I couldn't get in contact with anyone on their staff for a while but eventually, they sent an email saying they will refund me. So I removed my cc info from their site completely and still was getting charged until I had to just cancel my credit card and get a new one.

Mediocre tool with ridiculous support

Pros:

It's cool to write the copy, and minutes later to have ads to choose from.

Cons:

The ads it created were all roughly the same, regardless of the context. Also, I was charged for additional credits, even though I was not using mine. When trying to get a refund, it became a joke.

Charging our credit card unjustified is just a major blocker to ever use it again. Support won't refund the charges, since it is "technically" not possible. We have to take legal actions to get the money back. This is the worst business attitude for a SaaS provider.

They owe me a $189 refund - for a free trial

I only tested the tool for less than 2 days. Never intended to buy this product but to explore its features. Happens that their free trial hook it’s tricky and they confirm you as if you cancel your account but afterwards you find you’re billed for $189 for a 2 day free trial period. Bot customer service confirming a refund more than 4 times. But after 2 weeks I receive now my card resume with this unfortunate amount. It is hard for me to think that this is not intentional. Let’s see what can AI do for customer service when companies are responsible.

I have been doing creative design for the past 8 years and I can tell you that this app is different. The quality of the AI blew me away, as I never use these features because from my experience they are always just BAD. The technology doesnt work yet and the results are... not good :) In case of adcreative the AI tool is saving me so much time and I use these designs to deliver advertisements for my clients who are promoting 6 and 7 figure businesses. That means these designs work and can run a business, can't tell that about any other app.

Cons:

I haven't found anything that I did not like about this app. It's really good.

It was easy to get started building lovely graphic images from the start. I put in a few lines of information and a couple of our demonstration photos and got beautiful designs. As a non-graphic designer who needs to get ad creative as quickly as possible this was a great option to produce designs.

Cons:

I need specific sizes for my display advertising and found that the sizes don't match exactly what I need. They have horizontal, square, vertical, but no way to provide dimensions for the tool to customize.

Fast Design Creation

Comments: Really happy to render multiple designs instantly. Like any other application it needs some improvement. I would really like to be able to edit the final design not just the text and uploading an image.

Once the designs are populated and the existing image is replaced, on rendering some designs retains the previous images. Not being able to edit the design once populated.
