Decent rater as long as you have your companies programmed correctly.

Pros:

Rates come back pretty quick and are fairly accurate. Accuracy depends on the quality of information you have input.

Cons:

Can have some glitches and tends to go down fairly often. Not much you can do when it goes down except quote every company individually.

It's good for the price

Comments: Its in budget.

Pros:

It's inexpensive. Customer Service is great. Down time is minimal. Great for Auto rating. Reports are okay.

Cons:

There is no way to track homeowners and commercial quotes. Doesn't rate homeowners. Most commercial policy options are basic info only and there is a lot of manual entry when filling out policy info.

We do offer carrier downloads which can help eliminate some of the manual entry of policy information. We agree there are some limitations with commercial policies but the good news is that we are actively working on a more robust system for commercial policies and certificate management that should be available mid-2018. Mediocre until the update which then was the final nail in the coffin for me for AccuAgency.

Comments: Being able to rate with multiple company's but that's about it.

Pros:

Tech support is on it with chat support being the best way to contact the support team. Price is relatively cheaper than the competition.

Cons:

The interface is not at all thought out after the update with a confusing layout that combines icons and labels scattered randomly around your screen. Simple commands are no longer simple requiring multiple clicks and hunting down hidden menus. The worse part is the system does not store DL numbers, DOB or addresses which is embarrassing as we now have to ask for this essential information when we shop for a different policy.

We put a lot of effort into the design of the latest HTML5 update to make it the most user-friendly system around and to be functional on any browser or on any device. Better with Update!

Comments: Gets the job done. We've had it since AccuAuto and I definitely think it has progressed over the years. We use it all day every day because it is our management system. We use a back up client list just in case, but have not ever worried about losing AccuAgency data.

Pros:

I like the most recent upgrade. I like the super user friendly aspect. Everything you need is there.

Cons:

You can't save an editable Acord form to a client. For instance, we have several clients that need certificates of insurance for many of their clients. I have to fill each one out every time. Time consuming. Could definitely use draft feature where we can just change the certificate holder and print.

Comments: MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE IS VERY UN HAPPY THE WAY THEY COMMUNICATE AND NO EFFORT TO HELP WITH A PRODUCT AS RESULT I DISCONTINUE FOR OTHER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

NEED TO BE USER FRIENDLY OR NEED HAVE A DEDICATED TEAM TO SUPPORT USERS, IN MY EXPERIENCE I FIND IT VERY DISAPPOINTED

IMPROVE YOUR ABILITY TO SUPPORT YOUR CUSTOMER WITH YOUR PRODUCT SET UP , ASSIST AND TRAIN.
