Pros:
Workable helps in streamlined recruiting, allowing the management of job posting and candidate communication all in one place. With Workable, collaborate hiring with multiple team members allows for more diverse perspectives and informed decisions. The workflows are customizable and the screening processes can be automated. Mobile accessibility, integrations with other tools like Slack and Zapier and reporting and analytics is very helpful too! Customer support is also accessible through various channels.
Cons:
Workable pricing is expensive for smaller businesses, especially if they need to purchase add-ons. there are some integration limitations and limited customizations. Somer automations can make the candidate experience seem robotic. I have ran into some technical issues as well. There is limited language support for non-english speakers and the tool's pricing and bill processes are not easy to understand.

Comments: Overall, my experience with Workable has been great. I also love how responsive their customer service team is.
Pros:
Job Board Integration: We get tons of organic applicants just by posting jobs through Workable. It saves us time and means we don’t have to pay for extra job boards or sourcing tools. Self-Scheduling: For a team without recruitment coordinators, the self-scheduling tool is a lifesaver. It makes booking interviews so much easier. AI Sourcing: I’m using AI sourcing more and more. Sometimes the perfect candidate is already sitting in your ATS—you just need to find them!
Cons:
I’d love the option to export reports in Excel. The current formats, PDF and CSV, aren’t great for analysis, so I end up having to convert them after downloading

-good for job posting on relevant job boards -using templates makes it more easy -can be used on mobile apps which makes it effecient -good for documentation and montitoring pipeline -ability to use bulk emails to applicants -integration with email and calandar which saves us time

-not so much editing options for job posting -challenging with the referral employee bonus -those who refer the candidates must also track the status of the application

Workable is a very easy platform to use to help you find the right candidate for the job postings you have for your organization. It always makes me easy to manage the hiring process for our department.

Nothing notable comes to mind. I feel like Workable is very user friendly.
My freelancing Experience with Workable
Pros:
Working as a freelancer, workable helped me to assist many HRs in recruiting talents from globe. So, the ability to connect clients from all over the world is what makes me to like this software. Also, it's cool features than are intuitive for anyone make me still love it.
Cons:
Sometimes Jobs are not really, so failure to filter real and fake job posts in this platform is not stable yet.

Simplifies recruitment!
Comments: When I joined the company 1.5 years ago, I was working in a chaotic way to deal with managers, candidates and reports which were all over the place. We now have a system that allows us to deliver a seamless experience and track and source candidates. We are still heavily reliant on agencies which we are trying to change but at least we can gather information in the system to keep on top of this. Workable is such a great plug and play method and setting this up was extremely easy and building our careers page worked effectively too. We are able to make changes quite quickly which is great. It is a little expensive compared to other recruitment systems but the AI aspect of the tool is what you need and pay for which is fantastic.
Pros:
We love the simplicity of workable. Our business was dealing with approvals and candidates manually using docusign and our email. It is great that the business have fully onboarded using the system which we use end to end from approval all the way through to offer. It provides a seamless and quick response for candidates allowing us to maintain great candidate and hiring manager experience.
Cons:
We would like a little more super user functionality added within the approval and offer process to tailor it to our business but it does not create much pain. We are a small business that is evolving slowly and trying to build more mature capability in recruitment as a whole.

Pros:
I liked about dashboard and bulk communication. We can easily communicate with candidates from the app and all the data shows in the dashboard in the end. It's very app to track each and every candidates information and communication.
Cons:
Sometimes it stuck in between and we have to start from the beginning though! However, it might be our internet problem too! Rather than we didn't face any problems.
One of the Best Recruiting Platform
Comments: I've had good experiences with the various things we can accomplish with this platform, and I hope to keep doing them.
Pros:
Compared to other ATS solutions, workable makes it simple to organise interviews. Workable is also incredibly easy to use. The best aspect is the division of candidates into stages. When uploading resumes, it can be useful to search for duplicate profiles. The workable can be connected to any website that posts jobs. All recruiters can benefit greatly from this ATS.
Cons:
At this point, everything appears to be in order for me to utilise because I believe all the functions are available and are being added on.
JUST WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR, AND MORE!!!!
Pros:
The software is well thought out, and by far the ONLY affordable option we found on the market. The fact that our employment ads, once on Workable, automatically go out to many FREE job sites without any further action on our part is a huge plus and has led to our being able to have more applications to review (and even more than we can handle sometimes -- but that's HARDLY a complaint!) Workable has been a blessing to our company. I know that sounds cliche', but it's definitely true. I personally spoke with various vendors and attended a few online demos of other options, but the pricing was way beyond what our company's budget could handle! The President of our Company would only support monthly fees that were next to nothing, and I did not believe that such a product existed -- we had also searched a year or so ago, to no avail due to pricing. (Unfortunately I did not come across Workable at that time, or we would be a year into using it by now! The vendor has a helpful, down-to-earth approach. I have received an email or two (often from more than one rep) AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK asking how we like the product and if there is anything Workable can do to further support us. Workable's reps understand the right balance of "helpful". To receive phone calls would be annoying because our office environment is hectic and it's much more efficient to be able to communiate via email. I like receiving their messages, because it provides a quick and easy avenue to address questions or concerns. Any time I have asked a question through email, I have received a response very quickly.
Cons:
I do not have any significant complaints. The one thing that the Workable software does not include is a pre-made space for an applicant to input their middle name. In instances where an applicant has a very common first and last name, we WANT that middle name (call us crazy!?!). I approached a Workable rep about this (via trusty email!) and he said that they have found that, in the absence of a specific Middle Name block, applicants tend to put their first and middle name in the First Name block. This has not been our experience at all, and I found that answer a bit offputting -- but it's far from a major issue! The software allows for users to add fields beyond the generic, but I believe applicants would be more apt to fill in their middle name if the block was there, front and center. Some applicants just leave the name space we added blank since it's "after the fact". Again though, if this is our biggest problem, we will still prosper with the help of this software!
Great Plataform
Comments: I have solved the easy way to see the all scenario of a candidate. All the information is displayed and using # we can quickly understand the status of the candidate.
Pros:
Lack of crashes and quick plataform, easy to integrate and takes minutes to create profiles. We are able to delete status etc. Great

The process was very easy and its intuitive.
Workable Review
Comments: It is helping me to download resumes, track applications, shortlist candidates, and tag the interviewer with my comments.
Pros:
Tracking any candidate with an email ID and showing how many times the candidate applied for multiple positions. and it's very simple and easy to track and update feedback.
Cons:
Nothing as such but searching with name is a bit confusing as we get the various result which is not relevant.

An easy-to-use tool for recruiting
Comments: I use the tool as a hiring manager. It makes it easy to align with other hiring team members and recruiters,
Pros:
UX is quite good; it's easy to see the pipeline of candidates; email notifications are useful and enable the hiring team to move quickly
Cons:
- would love to have the candidate's resume and submitted work sample test download button available on top so that I don't have to scroll all the way down.- always logs me out when I close the tab
Used workable as user for over 2 years. Generally a good experience.
Pros:
Generally a good software for recruiting except for timeline and dates. Easy to use and handle.
Cons:
What I dislike and face difficulty is the historical timeline. The software does not indicate the historical date of submittal or date of comment/note. It just says 10 days back or 1 year back (Which may be approximate) . Dont have exact date to pull up candidate email from the outlook if needed ! Also if you reply to a workable email message the reply is partially cutoff and does not appear on work
Great program
Pros:
The ease of use and a quick implementation of the program. The evaluation or assessment made it so easy to have a review board and communication was so much easier between team members. The able to connect to my existing HRIS system makes onboarding easier.
Cons:
Nothing it has made everything so much easier
