Integration with BigCommerce is clean, and the back‑in‑stock automation works reliably at the variant level with clear visibility into requests and recovered sales. They claimed to fix it, made me jump through all these hoops to reconnect, and it still broke. So they don't even know how their product works. You need the 24/7 chat support because there are bugs after bugs.
