> **Pros**: The platform is really great, very easy to navigate and user friendly. Finding data is easy and anyone, literally anyone, can do it.

> **Cons**: The data quality is not that great and somehow they still haven't been able to decide the pricing and credits usage. It's very frustrating to see them change credits usage so often and they don't pass on the benefits of new features and changes to users who have billed annually.
> 
> My experience was very bad with Apollo as they came up with a new credit usage system but didn't pass the benefits to us as we were billing annually. Moreover, they charge exorbitant credits for API calls and don't even try to not charge for duplicate data.
