> **Pros**: the best thing about jira is the way it handles tickets n backlogs. like if ur doin agile or kanban it just works perfect. we use it wth bitbucket integration so seein PR links directly in the ticket is a huge time saver. plus u can customize the workflow to basically anythin u want.

> **Cons**: honestly jira is just way too heavy. sometimes it takes forever to load a single page which is annoying when u just wanna check a task. also the UI can be super confusing for new people. like ther are so many buttons and settings hideing everywhere... its a bit of a steep lerning curve if u ask me.

> its basically the industry standard right now. even tho its a bit slow i dont think ther is any other tool that handles complex projects as good as jira does. we use it every day at work n it keeps everythin organized, just wish it was a little faster and less clunky.
