My experience of using WinRAR

Comments: I will say Wonderful! WinRAR is amazing. It allows many things to do, be it file/folder organising, saving some memory space, sharing files in portable way, everything. I recommended this app to some of my friends. They tried it and still using it.

Pros:

I like this app. It is my favourite tool that I use daily basis. One of the most things I like about it, is organising my folders and Simple and user friendly User interface. That's amazing.

Cons:

I am using this software since my childhood. Everyday whenever I want to organise my computer files or something I want to share files in organised and portable way, I use it. I couldn't find things which I dont' like. However, few years ago there were some issues in this software but as the time passed it became good.

Great document management software at the right price!

Comments: Easy to use, no issues in adopting this software

Comments: WinRAR is the ideal answer for any sort of record archiving, compression and extraction.

Pros:

My general involvement in this product has been extremely satisfying. It is utilized for compressing, filing and record extraction. It is free even after 30 days nothing stops. It is not difficult to utilize and has an exceptionally easy to use interface.

Cons:

For the purpose it is developed it is doing fine. It has little amount of functions but they perform well.

helps putting files together for upload

Pros:

It's great tool for putting files together specially when want to upload or email several files together.

Cons:

It doesn't compress the files a lot. In many cases it may just decrease the file size by1% or event not at all. It would be much more helpful if it could compress the files to like 50% or so.

A powerful archive manager

Comments: I like using this program and i will continue to use it until needed and i will surely recommend this tool to my friends and colleages.

Pros:

What i like on this app is it gives you ease on managing your files, whether for taking a back-up of different files in different folders or via sending multiple files on folder via email or any online transfer.

Cons:

So far, so good. Nothing to hate about this app.

WinRaR - Efficient File Compression Tool

Pros:

WinRaR offers powerful compression capabilities, allowing us users to efficiently reduce the size of files and folders, which is beneficial for storing and transfering large amounts of data.

Cons:

The user interface of WinRaR seems dated and less intuitive compared to modern file compression alternatives.

Best Software to zip and unzip files

Comments: It has been a great experience with WinRAR, I use it frequently for my files to be at a same place compressed which I do not use but I need to keep them

Pros:

WinRAR has ease of implementation, everyone can use it and it is free of cost. It is fast and can zip larger files too. You can also password protect the files. It helps to reduce consumption of storage by compressing files

Cons:

There are no such cons for WinRAR it is easily available so no cons by my side.

Winrar is a great choice for your files

Comments: If you need software for exploring different types of files, unzipping files or anything like that, then winrar is a great option.

Pros:

My favorite thing about winrar is the user interface and the amount of different file types it supports.

Cons:

I have not had any issues with winrar so far. Its been an amazing product.

Comments: The best thing about WinRAR is its free even though they have onetime payment which is completely option for you to choose weather to pay or not

I can't even remember since when I'm using it , it helps to store big files in small size so you can easily transfer it , also give passwords protection to add to file to make it more secure

Cons:

I don't think there are any downside of this , but I'm missing out on android app for this that i would love to see

An essential tool

Comments: It is a valuable tool, but it is a bit difficult to use.It should improve its functions because nowadays other programs offer much more.

Pros:

-The license cost of WinRAR is high compared to other free file compression and decompression tools.-The user interface is outdated and not so easy to use. -It does not have advanced features

Comments: It is a reliable, user-friendly program for mainly compressing and archiving files. It is perfectly compatible with operating systems and its archives are also perfectly portable.

Pros:

Perfect compression into various types and also decompression of basically any compressed file. Possibility to split the file into several smaller archives. Compatibility with most used operating systems.

Cons:

Many compression file types be able operating systems manage by default and thus replace WinRAR, free of cost.

Winrar, the Most secured document manager ever experienced.

Comments: My overall experience with Winrar is amazing than visiting a 5-star restaurant. As WinRAR is the source of income for me (because I'm using this on a commercial level) that's why it has a special value in my computer. No other software can beat this.
If you are also thinking of data management or thinking of selling digital goods and services in the marketplace, Then I can assure you that WinRAR is going to be your lifetime partner.
I am using WinRAR since 2017 and I never thought of move on from WinRAR to any other software. Definitely some improvements are required but I believe that the WinRAR team is working on this one. My software never got cracked by windows defender once I compress them with WinRAR. So 80% of my system is based on Winrar. I use to manage documents and files encryption with WinRAR and I'm too satisfied with this one.
Now if you need "documents managing" software then WinRAR is the perfect place for you and I assure you, WinRAR will never disappoint you.

Pros:

Merging files and encrypting them with the WinRAR is my favorite feature ever. I use to handle duplicate files with WinRAR and use to store them within a single folder. After that, I can easily locate my files within the destination folder. I use to merge up to 10GB+ files and I never got a crash from WinRAR. Files compressed with WinRAR contain no promotional ads, Link, or any type of cache data. And this is a good thing I liked in WinRAR. While all others local software always contains promotions ads, links, or pop-up banners to generate some additional money. but in the case of WinRAR, There is nothing like this Moreover, another feature of WinRAR that I liked most is password encryption. And this is the main reason that why I am still using WinRAR for a long time.

Cons:

Well, There is no doubt that WinRAR is a highly rated software but also there is one thing that I did not like in WinRAR. Actually, I am using WinRAR in my business. I am using the "Compress and email" feature of WinRAR on a daily basis, I use it to encrypt folders in ".zip" file format with an encryption password, and then I use it to mail the zip file to my buyers. Now as the file is password encrypted, so it should be visible to anyone. But everyone can access the files can saw which elements are compressed inside the zip file although he can't extract the file. But in my opinion, this is not a good thing. When we already encrypted a file with a password so definitely now it should be inaccessible without a password. But there is nothing like this. I highly request the Winrar team that please solve this problem and bring an update with a fully secured and proper encryption feature. I have also watched 100+ videos on youtube to solve this problem but I remain unsuccessful. That's why my last hope is the WinRAR team and I humbly request that please fulfill this requirement and improve the "Compress and email" feature.

WinRAR - a must have for working with rar/zip files on Windows

Comments: Overal WinRAR is a must have and a clear advantage over the OOTB support for archives, worth the money clearly.

Pros:

WinRAR free version allows you to quickly open zipped files. The fact that it is added to the context menu makes it easy to work with zip files. You right click a file in Windows Explorer and if it is a zip file you can unzip or unrar it. If it is a regular file you can open it in WinRAR and add it to a zip file. There is also an automatic function that adds it to a RAR file with the same name or in case of multiple files add it to a rar with the name of the directory. The free version works fine and as a single user you can buy it for a low fee. There looks even to be a command line option, but havent gotten around to setting it up.

Cons:

Nothing really. My use is lightweight and i do not use it programmatically, i.e. working from scripts and so on.

Comments: very helpful for data backup.

Just a perfect tool for file compression. -The best tool to secure files from virus attack -Can recover my corrupted files ( rebuild them) -I can define a personal password to all my files for data security - Auto completes passwords that have been defined by users to the tool upon typing. -It's very easy to use -allows me to extract my files to specific file directories of my choice - available in a 32-bit version too. -can scan for errors in a file and display adequate suggestions. - has both free & premium versions

Cons:

-The scan virus feature does not work for me, On several attempts, it kept telling me "no virus found, "upon trying with an alternative program worked. They should improve on this feature or better still, delete it. -could improve on the symmetric display of files rather than just listing them in a row form.

WinRAR- One stop solution for data archiving, zipping and extraction

Pros:

The features like data archiving, zipping and extraction are the remarkable feature of this product. I have been using this since long time for day to day operation and it has helped me in tremendous ways. I have been able to send large data of my clients easily by zipping the data and the data can be extracted without any hassle.

Cons:

The least liked feature is that some functions are not completely free, it requires premium version. It would have been great if all the functions and features were absolutely free. The data zipped in older version doesn't support in newer version. An increase in zipping and unzipping speed would make this software more likeable and user friendly.

WinRAR Review the best to make files smaller.

Comments: I have used WinRAR since I first had my computer in 2006, it is very important to me, it has accompanied me from elementary school to university, it is one of the most used tools by me. Even today I am always using it, for work or for simple tasks of my routine like sending a file to a friend or to family. This software is very essential.

Pros:

We are always sharing or sending different types of files nowadays through e-mail, social media softwares etc and sometimes the size of these files is too big for them to be sent through these ways. That's when WinRAR becomes our ally, with this software we are able to compact the file and make it smaller. Downloading files that are compacted by WinRAR is much easier and faster than downloading a full size file.

Cons:

For sure WinRAR is one the most known and important software but once you have settled a password to extract some file and you forget the password then it becomes a problem to recover it and also some files can take a long time to be compacted which can be annoying.

The best File compressor

Comments: One of the best compression programs, i use it to send files without having to lower the quality of my work

Pros:

It's free, easy to understand and work perfect, you only need to know a little bit to use it and can do wonders if you are looking to compress some files, is a must have in every computer and makes so easy to share files

Cons:

Sometimes a pop-up appears saying you can buy the program but if you don't want to its ok and you can continue using it, that's all the cons.

WinRAR was my go to compression/decompression tool on Windows

Comments: I never had any issues with it, however, after migrating from Windows to Mac, I never had to use it again. But whenever someone asks me for suggestions for compression/decompression/encryption tools, I usually suggest WinRAR as the first option.

Pros:

When I used to be a Windows OS user, WinRAR was one of the first things I used to get for my computer. Essentially, I loved how easy it was to use and how complete it was as a tool, allowing me to compress/decompress multiple types of files with no issues. I liked that it was available in multiple languages and for both 32 and 64 bit Operational Systems.

Cons:

I wish there were more features available in the free version, however, I've always used the free version and it was fine for my applications. I wish it came as a native option on Windows.

A useful tool to compress files

Comments: My overall experience with this software has been very pleasing. I have been using this tool almost on daily basis to compress/uncompress files with different extensions, it has never failed me.

Pros:

WinRAR is simple, easy-to-use, but great software. It is light, does not require more space to install on drives. Contains many features and provides a lot of options to compress files. I can combine the compressed files into one file. I can secure my files with a password. I can use the software even after the expiration of the trial period.

Cons:

Sometimes I encounter errors during extraction from large files. Nonetheless, I am very satisfied with WinRAR.

WinRar Great for File Compression and Security

Comments: Overall, WinRar is a great product for if you need to open a Rar file. It has encryption options and is safe and a reliable product. It's a relatively common product and one most people will think of when wanting to open a .rar file. Definitely a good product that has withstood the test of time. It's also a product I would recommend.

Pros:

WinRar is an easy-to-use software. You can either download a free version or purchase a copy. WinRar allows for encryption, to add security to your files, if you so desire. It's easy to use and has a very user-friendly interface. The website is also easy to navigate, even for those who may not be very computer-savvy.

Cons:

WinRar is a great program, but there is also other software available for free. It does the same as WinRar with as much ease. And some of those programs are are not for "evaluation" purposes only. Though I like WinRar, I prefer a different software for when I need to "unzip" a .rar file. Mostly because the other programs also allow for other extensions as well, instead of just .Rar files.

Best file management application - WinRAR

Comments: Excellent software. I using application daily basis for all my document compress works. This is really worth to have. I'm recommending this to all users don't think two times buy this application.

Pros:

By using drag and drop file can compress files. Password and encryption working very accurately. Larger notepad files compressing to very low capacity, this is really important to me as a log file developer. Also compress is supporting for all the file types. Due to encryption this is best method to send attachment via emails.

Cons:

Better to increase trial period. I don't have any least point to mention. this is grate application.

Best Compressor and Uncompressor tool for files

Comments: This software has changed the way files are compressed and uncompressed within our organization and it is saving a lot of time for us to zip or unzip any file. With almost all the files supportable with password protection, it is a best secured software to buy it!

Pros:

1. Our organization is using it to zip and unzip almost every file, without any hassle 2. It is supportable to all the platforms whether it be Windows, Linux or Mac 3. We're using it to unzip the ISO files as well 4. Security can be implemented on the files

Cons:

1. It is not a cloud-based tool so it needs to be downloaded and installed. Apart from this I do not find any cons for this software - it is a really great software to be purchased!

Pros:

This is one of my best softwares for file management. It's user friendly interface makes it easy to unzip files and properly store them. You don't need a special tutorial or someone to sit you down before you can use it and it perfectly functions with your computer

Cons:

I feel more work should be done in the compression aspects. If possible Files compressed (Zipped files) should have lesser weight than the original.
