New Outlook is a step backward.
Pros:
It's still a functional tool, in which I live by the minute through the workday.
Cons:
The New release is a step backward, as it is clunky and has lost some of it's previous functionality. Microsoft is forcing me to re-learn how to use their product for my own workflow and it appears they changed it just for the sake of changing it.

Pros:
I like how it integrates with other Microsoft products. It is extremely straightforward to use. Perfect for those who primarily use Microsoft.

Microsoft Outlook is a must have in the workplace
Comments: I have used Oulook in a professional setting for at least 20 years and also on my personal email home accounts. It is generally pretty intuitive and easy to use with many features.
Pros:
I like the colored flag feature as it helps me keep my projects organized, and of course the ease of emailing and standard ooo work features and signatures are easy and a must for the office.
Cons:
I have found the last 3 years or so the calendar function is a bit flaky. I will shutdown my computer and all calendars will be wiped out the next day and I'll have to add them all again and it frequently freezes when opening calendar. Not sure if it is due to Teams link at work or not but they are both Microsoft products so you think it would not do that.
