This software it´s easy and intuitive to use.

Cons:

Can´t change the patient quickly, the user have to back to the main menu to pick another patient. Will be very usefull a patient searcher.

Comments: Very good platform for CRD development, very intuitive and easy to use by research teams. From the team, very good service, always ready to help and solve problems.

Pros:

The attention and support of your team for any problem or unforeseen event.

Cons:

It is difficult for me to point this out but it may be the lack of customisation when downloading PDFs.

Pros:

The functionality of the system is very broad and it met almost all study's requirments. The customer support is excelent and always responsive. The PM was very proactive and highly professional. He collaborated to build the DB on time with high level of quality. We were highly satisfied with the first study and decided to continue using the system in the second study.

The data structure of the extraction to XLS and SAS

Comments: The services provided by Share CRF have been totally satisfactory, with continuous attention to the needs raised during the development of the study and after its completion.

Comments: Customising EDCs that have all of the functionality and ease of use is a critical part of clinical trials and ShareCRF have worked closely with our team to design and deploy EDCs that are user friendly and still encompass all of the necessary features. Again,

Pros:

There are many things about this product that make it extremely valuable to our business given that it is a major part of our data management offering. The first is the strong customer service and interface with the team when our EDC systems are being built and customised for our customers. The team works very well with our team and the features are all easy to use, customisable and most importantly, cost effective for our clients.

Cons:

The reporting features have improved a great deal and once the integration with MEDDRA and coding has been implemented, this will be another important feature.

Cost (prices have increased considerably since the beginning, really focused on clinical trials, economically not easy to be adapted to other type of studies with a lower budget than a standar clinical trial) Management difficulties (sometimes you can feel you might lost the control).

Comments: Very good commercial service, I find that it is very important that ShareCRF collect our feedbacks to improve the product

Pros:

The software is user friendly with pleasant and customizable design. There are also some appreciable functionnalities such as missing data management or automatic queries closure which facilitate operational data management.

Cons:

Some funtionnalities are to be improved / developped for example API to integrate the eCRF data to global data pipelines, integration of Meddra dictionnaire, improvements to be done in management of ePROs and statuses.

Comments: ShareCRD has allowed us to provide data capture solutions to independent clients which value the cost-effectiveness and usability of the program.

Pros:

Share CRF is an easily customisable tool that allows management of clinical trial data in an efficient and simple way.

Cons:

The worst part is the query management and data modification due to the strict formal rules to comply for data update/modification

SahreCRF an easy way to manage your study data

Pros:

It is an easy to implement and manage EDC software, with a great support team. Makes you feel like you are the most important client. It had made my life much more easy on any of the stateges of a clinical trial.

Cons:

Some features were missing at the beginning but ShareCRF team improves it every few months to include suggestions, sometimes some of those features had taken its time to come, but they are here now.

The best software I will keep on using forever

Comments: This kind of software use to be very expensive. The use of ShareCRF has allow us to get access to new research and to improve our business

It is so intuitive and friendly that no need of training is needed for new users or new programing person in my company

ShareCRF, an advanced easy to build database for any R+D project

Comments: My experience with that CRF is impressive. I really enjoy building my own database with ShareCRF.

Pros:

The easy to bulid your own database. I also wouldd like to hihghlight the amount of options you have to personalize the database. Another plus point for ShareCRF is the customer support, they can resolve your needs in minutes.

Cons:

Maybe the queries could be more exhaustive, that enable the users to consult some specific stat easily.

Perfect for non-industry clinical research

Comments: Very satisfactory. It has been very easy to work with them from the proposal to the closing of the CRF and the database.

Pros:

Many facilities for independent clinical research. Easy to organise and manage and lots of support for study development.

Cons:

Sometimes it is visually difficult to know which data tab you are in, but the CRD is easy to handle and you can keep track of it.

Ease to use and how intuitive it. Also the help during the design phase.

The lack of quality certificates. Last time that this was requested, they only had auditories reports.

eCRF

Pros:

Programing can be done by ShareCRf for relatively low price, with back and forth communication in a very efficiency way and in short time.

Cons:

Reporting tool is not very advanced like in other eCRF softwares.... not a lot of reports can be issued from the system, and most important is to add the option to build your own report (not pre-sepcified reports exist in the system).

Comments: Mi experiencia es muy buena. Puedo diseñar los CRF de manera sencilla. Y de cara al usuasrio le es facil introducir los datos y monitorizarlos.

Pros:

Hacen actualizaciones con relativa frecuencia para solucionar los problemas y sugerencias proporcionados por el usuario. Además siempre contestan a rapida y eficazmente cuando s ete presenta un problema.

Cons:

A la hora de configurar el CRF a veces te encuentras limitaciones en las formulas o funcionalidades, aunque por lo general simpre se puede encontrar alguna solucion alternativa.

Comments: En general, la experiencia con ShereCRF ha sido buena, tras haber trabajado con varias plataformas, puedo decir que es una de las más completas.

Pros:

Lo que más me ha gustado de esta plataforma ha sido el poder hablar directamente con una persona para poder resolver las dudas y la propuesta de diferentes opciones para utilizar.

Falta de diseño en algún tipo de preguntas.
