Unolo is the only platform that could precisely track my employees' location. Their support team is beneficial and quickly resolves any issues my team runs into.

Customer support is the biggest issue (from tech support to account manager support). Extremely unhappy with the way the team works i.e. they are happy if issue is not resolved but they have just replied something.

Comments: Overall Amazing app used it for 3 months features are mind blowing, little twerk and improvement are making it a powerful onground workforce app specially for nonprofit sector.

Comments: I had got free trial, and purchased but all the staff are very cooperative and finest in their job which I liked the most. and the features of the app are simple good to go on

Pros:

I liked the most its accuracy in timeline, employee monitoring, user data, over all attendance, easy report generation & expense processes (view, claim, monitor, approve, and so on).

Cons:

It has less filter option in some fields, such as - there is no designation wise expenses claim filter option in admin panel.

Comments: [sensitive content hidden] introduce us to UNOLO . He is dedicated and sincere , prompt in response. Till now everything is going fine . Some glitches were there initially but [sensitive content hidden] got is resolved asap. So we hope we will recieve same service and response in future also . Its a very good app . Best part is its very Simple to use and really helpful. We have tried other apps too but this is the best .

It's a daily tool for our team to mark their attendance and then mention their route plan. We are able to track moment of the team. We are able to identify team members who are not being utilised in best possible way

Nothing as such but Unolo team needs to identify if clients are making full use of the tool or not. Also Ai needs to be built in system to generate some triggers for management.I can discuss in details of you want.

Perfect for tracking and monitoring manpower on field

This is not completely about monitoring or inspecting the human resource on field, our manhour utilization has improved a lot since we started using Unolo. Our field employees also feel the ease of use with Unolo and passing the information from field has become very convenient.

As of now nothing has come which we haven't liked.
