Marketing automation made easy

Comments: I can't speak highly enough of their responsive customer support and product team. Truly a white-glove experience.

Pros:

It's simple and easy to use with just the features you need. Bang out landing pages in minutes, run split tests, automate email campaigns, create referral campaigns, etc. We've been using it for 3+ years and it only gets better.

Cons:

I'd like to see a Zoom integration for webinar leads (not a must-have because we can easily upload webinar leads + they have a Zapier integration) as well as a webchat widget.

Has great potential, but the platform hasn't been updated for years and years (over 5 yrs)

Comments: Average. Once I got support to help me setup the automations, it worked flawlessly and the campaigns for my clients worked amazingly.

Pros:

The landing page builder is very good, easy to use, you can create practically any design you want as it has an open design, where you're not restricted to blocks. It's an open canvas system. once you get the email automations setup the system works great.

Cons:

Wishpond was one of the first platforms within this space of CRM's, automations, but unfortunately it's not a leader in this space at all, because it hasn't kept up and innovated, my guess is, it has some huge accounts keep the cashflow going, and they've gotten comfortable. The worse thing about Wishpond is the support. The support is atrocious. They always take long (48hrs and sometimes longer) to get back to you. The platform is so difficult to use (email marketing automations and triggers specifically)They need to update the platform the UI, we are in 2023, and every other platform (their competitors) in this space, as continually innovated and made things easier to use. Wishpond as stayed the same. This is fine, if the platform was easy to use, but it's not. Im very well versed with SAAS products so I have so much experience using CRM's so it's not like I'm not a techy person.

This was by far not the best experience

Comments: Their staff I worked with led me on to believe they were actually going to help me and be of assistance to me but that was not the case. I was better off doing it myself without their help. It set me back several months. Waste of money.

Pros:

It wasn’t a scam, that’s for sure. There were actual qualified people helping me and putting together a marketing strategy for me. I appreciated that as well as they’re communication skills

Cons:

My advertising account on Facebook was hacked under their supervision. They were very passive in helping me resolve it. My main goal was having a marketing strategy implemented with automation and that failed.

Wishpond provides value to any business that wants an effective way to expand their customer base.

Comments: Since our business has been comprised of only distributors and dealers who market to the retail business market, it has limited our reach. We have a small number of distributors and dealers, all within the USA. Wishpond has provided several campaigns and lead generation to help potential customers find our website and not just view our site but add their contact information so that we can reach out to that specific consumer in hopes of converting them into loyal long-term clients, which will inform more people of our brand and our great quality products, ultimately increasing our company's longevity. I couldn't ask for a better team to partner with, one that represents optimism, integrity, and a willingness to provide solutions that we may never have discovered if it weren't for their expertise and flexibility.

Pros:

The most important aspect of Wishpond is the people that represent the Wishpond brand. They provide a team of knowledgeable experts that not only assist in helping a company reach a higher level of visibility in efforts to gain more viewers that are converted into new customers but the overall flexibility in their product line to fit the company's objectives has been met on every level. My account manager, Nallleli Trevino, and her team have provided not only benefits to our company but a friendship that will last a lifetime.

Cons:

There have been nothing but positive results during our partnership with Wishpond's team. They are always together as a team with different specializations to meet our company's various needs, questions, or concerns. From the campaign planning to the education that we have received from them, and most importantly the level of integrity and excellent work ethic is a plus in my book and I, personally, have gained a high respect for each and every person on Nallelli's team.

Comments: I am excited to say that I have found a company that has bright and talented individuals to help me with a much needed experience. Over the last few years, trying to learn and walk myself through certain areas of my website, that I just don't have the time or energy to understand, was holding me back in my vision for where I want to go with my company.I trust my team and feel relieved and excited to be working with with a team.

Pros:

Currently I am working with [sensitive content hidden] at Wishpond. She is doing a great job with guiding me weekly and keeping on point in a way that is extremely helpful to me. My first meeting, before signing up to use this company was with [sensitive content hidden] , I had such a great meeting, he was the reason I decided them to help me with my website and business.

Cons:

Nothing, I am having a great experience with this company.

After some hesitation...

Pros:

After some hesitation, I entered into a contract with Wishpond following about six months of negative experiences, but after about a week, I realized it was worth it. The customer receives professional marketing from them. [sensitive content hidden] held our campaign together incredibly well. I received attention, flexibility, and close communication. Highly recommended !!!! The cheapest price on the marketing market for high quality professionalism.

Cons:

Never have / had problem. Always ready and informative, friendly and helpful.....

The Future bright with Wishpond

Comments: I would have to just continue to boast about the team. I was hesitant at first to have a meeting with Wishpond but through their strategies and efficient-ness I’m glad I took on Wishpond. My company is very young and working with Wishpond is still fresh but the momentum and confidence is there to make this a fruitful collaboration for all of us.

Pros:

The people that have been assigned to my team are extremely thorough and follow through on all their tasks. They are so helpful and easy to work. I feel like I’m being heard and seen and they have really portrayed my brand in such a great way.

Cons:

Haven’t used it long enough find a con.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE FROM [sensitive content hidden]!

Comments: Overall Experience is still to be determined. I can't say that I've been able to fully experience as yet but hoping to. The best part of the experience and what's keeping me engaged is [sensitive content hidden] outstanding attitude and authenticity.

Pros:

So far the best part of my experience has been working with [sensitive content hidden]. She's certainly knowledgeable and on top of things. I appreciate her ability to listen and provide timely valuable advise and solutions within her reach.

Cons:

Not a fan of the pricing and value proposition thus far. Have voiced this opinion already twice.

great at getting my side business growing

Comments: I wish they found me sooner. but that is more my fault since I wasn't doing much to make a splash, or know that a service like them could be at such an affordable rate

Pros:

for all the work they do it is a great price. the fact they know what they are doing means they are very fast and effective at it. this has allowed me to try to focus more on items for the catalog. which is especially great since I have no idea how to do the things they can do so quickly and wonderfully

Cons:

since I do not understand marketing and such I am not helpful. which is a problem with me, not them

Staff is great. They always try to help and put forth the effort.

Comments: [sensitive content hidden], my lead for 420 Smart has been very helpful and always willing to assist. I thought hiring Wishpond would be a great help to start this business - but I guess not. No sales no likes or no action. Very disappointing.

Pros:

No sales. No Likes. No action. No offense - but this program is not what I originally signed up for. Very expensive.

I wanted to love Wishpond but I hate them due to terrible customer support

Comments: I love the products but I hate their support. Product is 99% is ready to be used internationally. Because they reject to enable translation of 1% it cannot be used in Europe at all.

Pros:

I like landing pages as they can be easily customized. I also like that I can copy html code of landing page and paste it to any website.

Cons:

The company appears to be international. After logging in, you can select your language from drop down list. Even if you select your preferred language, all text and templates remain in English. If you live in a non-English speaking country, Wishpond is essentially unusable. There are little things missing to make Wishpond great and usable internationally, but their support is the worst you can imagine. They don't listen to customer feedback. A few examples. Two years ago I requested that they enable the editing and translation of the "Unsubscribe" button in the footer of an email so that I could use email marketing in Europe to comply with the GDPR regulation. I sent them translations and communicated frequently with support, but they did nothing. Recently Wishpond introduced a new feature called "Appointments". This is a very useful feature as customers can book an appointment date and time with you. However, it has one major problem because the calendar is only in English and cannot be translated. The time format cannot be set in 24 hours format. Again if you come from a non-English speaking country this feature is unusable. I have contacted support to enable translation of the calendar into other languages, but as always their response is negative: it is currently only in English, we don't know if we will enable translation into other languages.

Crook of a Company

Comments: Communication with their development team wasn't the fastest, and I often had to take the driver's seat to ensure they delivered items on time. Oftentimes they fell behind, or took days to troubleshoot urgent issues with their platform. The $7,800 they refuse to return to me is the worst part. Absolutely zero business ethics from this company.

Pros:

I like the concept of the viral contest platform

Cons:

They mistakenly auto-renewed a contract before even finishing the work on the initial contract, and racked up $7,800 in charges before I noticed. Now they refuse to return the money because I didn't ask "in writing" for them to not renew the contract. What's worse, they refuse to even discuss this with me, leaving their sales rep to just stonewall and tell me that's how it is.

Wishpond is great - if it worked!

Comments: How not to do customer support.

Pros:

Their blog is pretty good and informative. And the idea of what Wishpond could do is nice. There's a lot of features, and it would be fantastic if it was a 'end-all, be-all' kind of software.

Cons:

Oh my god everything! Features would frequently not work or are just buggy. Email campaigns would break, or the site would just decide to ignore your submission and make it disappear. Customer support is incredibly miss. They would ignore questions and have given my clients the runaround. They would blame my clients for being confused, and then apologize that the feature didn't work 'for them even though it works for everyone else'. Their help docs are a mess. Screen shots don't align with the product. Even live walkthroughs, things would be out of place.

Great Product for the Money

Comments: Love it and recommend it to you. buy buy buy.

Pros:

I love fishpond and enjoy using it. enjoying seeing the result of what I have been waiting for, for so long accomplished with Wishpond. 50.000 emails in one platform love it and like it.

Cons:

No regular Updates. since i bought Wishpond never receive any updates. no new features.

Don't hire them to make your ads

Comments: I wasted so much money. There's no point in hiring someone that promises you sales and conversions if you get no conversions. I got emails so now I have people on my email list. But I don't even know if they're qualified leads because I have no phone number to call them.

Pros:

I got the all-access where they create campaigns and manage them for me. I liked that they created emails and landing pages for me

Cons:

1. You don't know what's going on 2. They aren't focused on getting qualified leads so I wasted months and got no sales 3. My account manager was not in the country and didn't always understand what I was saying 4. They set up my accounts in Mexico where I think my manager was from and facebook charged me international fees every month 5. The only confident one is the one who's selling the service. The account managers and everyone else I spoke to sounded like the stereotypical "surfer dude". Very unprofessional and didn't know how to save the account.

MISLEADING FREE TRIAL

Pros:

I have nothing positive to say about Wishpond

Cons:

14 day trial requires credit card and a yearly commitment for the trial to start (should have been first warning). Was told I could cancel anytime before the trial ended, or switch over to monthly plan. However, their FINE PRINT also points out: "A full refund for the unused months on the annual plan may be issued if a refund has been requested or the account has been cancelled within five days of the trial’s expiration date and the number of generated and hosted leads, participants and voters does not exceed 20." OR "A 50% refund and credit towards your account with Wishpond may be issued if the annual plan is canceled or a refund has been requested via email within 2 months of initial purchase and the total number of captured and hosted leads, participants and voters does not exceed 50." My own testing resulted in 10+ test leads before I went I public with my first live campaign. This left with me 10 leads remaining to even qualify to get my money back in full if I chose not to continue using the platform. What kind of free trial has a limit on number of leads captured? Also, I cancelled a day before the trial, received an email saying my account was cancelled a day later (after the trial ended). This seemed odd to me that I got a confirmation a day later. The platform itself is not well rounded, and is missing a critical features. Unable to set a campaign to be restricted by geographic location. If you have a contest, or popup, you cannot target your audience.

Awesome Features

Comments: It's very convenient to use since I am working from home. I get to help my employer by entering details to the landing page where we track leads and sales. Itss very helpful and made the company keep going strong until now.

Pros:

Its very easy to use and is user friendly. You will be able to choose on how to grow your business by the features Wishpond offers.

Cons:

Nothing so far. Never experience an ossue for the last 6 months.
