Great product for Web Push

Comments: We've started working with them first with a hard coded solution for Web Push, had a hard time to implement (due to issues from our end as well) but when we move d to integration with GTM, everything was easier
Their CS is very helpful and now they have knowledge center that can help a lot as well

Pros:

Easy to deploy with Google Tag manager for Web Push Support an easy way of implementing Multi-language prompt optint message Very helpful customer support They integrate very easily (a couple days only) with our Marketing Automation program (Solitics)

Cons:

When it comes to deployment with a wrapper - it's very technical and code oriented so you'll need your developers For every small thing you need to ask their support to assist because if you don't know anything in Web Push, nothing is obvious with them

Powerful automated marketing solution with room for improvement

Comments: Has been very good in general with good support and the platform is really powerful, requires us to carry out day-to-day transactional sends and marketing campaigns.

Pros:

Automation, player engagement in real time with real time updates to member profiles and triggering of campaigns. Multi variables and Multi language. Some good dynamic content and fallback features. Powerful segmentation. Variety of channels including onsite and Push. Easy campaign set up and build. Some good analytics.

Cons:

Notifications log and reports generally hard to export/breakdown with non-friendly data. Can't segment out test users of analytic reports after they have received a campaign. User account management is vague with permission sets, needs more customisation over what users can do. Need a more granular audit log to show what actions users performed at what time. General cache issue with SDK set up sometimes needs a workaround/flush. Difficulty with setting up of new projects and aligning with other projects where features are not enabled by default - it's hard to establish what these are unless specifically requested or advised in advance.

Comments: In general it is very good, but I feel that some aspects mentioned could be improved.

Pros:

The automation of steps, the ease in ordering and wiring templates and the possibility to manage several instances at once.

Cons:

Lack of attributes, delay time in integrating with other systems.

Powerful and Intuitive

Pros:

The customization options and the way menus are shown. Everything is very intuitive and every time we have a new colleague they pick up on it really quick despite being a rather complex tool with lots of possibilities.

Cons:

I don't like the way CTAs work on pushes and sometimes I feel like the analytics could be a bit easier to read as well. Also, really hard to use on mobile although that's critical.

Comments: Is a nice experiencec.

Pros:

It is a very efficient automation tool. The planning of the campaigns along with the other tools will help us to know what type of communication to use with each user, also to know which ones are more active and at what times we can send push notifications or SMS email etc.

Cons:

I dindn't have any issue with the tool is easy to work on it.

- ease of use, user-friendly interface - smooth integration with internal bonus system / other tools - very flexible when it comes to creating new data attributes - great for CRM journeys automation

Cons:

When it comes to Customer Support, their time to resolution could be improved. Sometimes the tool gets slow especially when building complex segmentation (when many segments are nested within a segment). Overall product impression is very positive though.

Comments: Overall, it is a great tool for customer engagement and I would recommend it to anyone who need to cover multiple use cases.

Pros:

I like that it enables me to send personalized emails to our customer base, fetch dynamic content and send it to customers, send push notifications to re-engage customers, and inbox messages inside the app. It is simple to use, but still a powerful tool. You can upload any template that you like.

Cons:

UI could be more modernised, but I think I saw that they are working on changing things up

Simple and working

Pros:

The simplicity of using this tool. Easy UX and push settings. Possibility to prepare calculation and prepare infront group few minutes before execution to be sure it will be send on time.

Cons:

In-app notifications needs more option, upgrades. Also with UX but also graphic side.

Cons:

Customer support in bug reports. It happened that I received information that the error had been fixed, but in fact it had not happened.

Pros:

I like that it's a platform that integrates website and campaign performance across various touchpoints. The team have been very helpful with increasing our capabilities where possible.

Cons:

The data discrepancies have been a reoccurring issue when you compare user performance to raw data. I would like it to be able to have increased capabilities of engaging visitors who are not logged in.

Comments: I use Xtremepush to check on campaigns and I believe that it is the best way to keep track of all the communication being sent to customers from a compliance point.

Pros:

I like that as a non marketing professional that has to use the platform I can easily navigate the platform without much training.

Cons:

It's still pretty complicated to use for people that are junior or not too familiar with such tools.

Comments: For me, Xtremepush means fast pushy sending. Shipping is intuitive and optimized. I haven't had any problems with it so far.
