Overall great as a start up

Comments: Love hate

Pros:

Price is great. No contract. Plug and play use your phone/tablet.

Cons:

Support is not top notch. It’s easy enough to set up. But there were a few times the system glitched. And felt like the I was dismissed and didn’t know what I was talking about.

Disappointed

Comments: Not good. System will not stay connected to my equipment,miles do not record properly, long wait for I.T to correct issues if they do at all.

Pros:

Price. Cheaper than most product available. Bit fi ding out cheap is not always best

Cons:

Support, integration,recording functionality. Very broken English from customer support. Says they live in California but I'm sure you folks outsource to another country.

Comments: Phenomenal and would definitely recommend to anyone. The price is great.

Pros:

The ease of use. It has not disappointed not one time. Very beneficial for doing IFTA. GPS tracking is on point.

Cons:

Cannot go past the 14 days on the actual device to check and confirm logs.

Comments: I like MatrackELD it works great and keeps tracks of time and violations and the price is $40 ti$50 cheaper per month

Pros:

It’s easy to setup and manage your company vehicles

Cons:

I can’t edit inserts myself but matrac staff is right on when you call

Great product

Comments: Overall great product, user and admin friendly, great price, no bulky equipment, module does feel cheap but works without any issues.

Pros:

Great pricing, small module and cable, driver app is very easy to use and navigate

Cons:

Needs violation notifications, without it is very easy to run over the allotted time for HOS, it’s mainly for the 30 minute breaks. Also wish it came with dashcam to pull footage from the cloud.

Comments: Wonderful and easy to use. Great when tracking personal usage

Comments: Overall, good can be improved little on

Pros:

So far I have never had a problem with anything and whenever I have any queries I am answered completely professionally, quickly and kindly.

Cons:

One of the only problems with Matrack is that sometimes when I make an application on a loadboard, the company name does not appear among the most popular ones.

ELD Tracking

Comments: Overall experience has been great so far

Pros:

Ease of seeing my driver and his location

Cons:

Theres nothing I dislike. Its a good feature

Comments: I am saving a lot of money and time with Matrack. My last ELD was company was J.J. KELLER .

Pros:

This ELD was easy to use and not expensive .

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like. It is a strait forward software easy to use with no no games involved .

It works and compliant! No frills but gets the job done

Comments: It works, and it allowed me to pass my FMCSA safety inspection. Editing is very easy. And there is NO ONE cheaper!

Pros:

Very easy to setup! Connects through Bluetooth. Will auto start your day and driving as long as it is connected. Also, it will flag unidentified items if for some reason your phone doesn't connect. It is easy to make edits also.

Cons:

The GPS is really that accurate. To explain, there seems to be a SEVERE time lapse! I had a driver traveling along I-20 who stopped in Monroe, LA. It was still showing him in Alabama. I wish it trailed like a phone or standalone GPS unit.

Happy Customer

Pros:

I love the fact that they keep track of your mileage from state to state, making it easier to file your IFTA. Also, it’s a very inexpensive product.

Cons:

Sometimes it’s a little bit of a headache trying to get it to sync with the Bluetooth. When that happens, you still are able to manually input everything.

1.This unit connected by blue tooth easy to disconnect, 2. when cross the border have to change the rule to entering country, driver can not change that, even though changed by fleet manager that rules effected to past time and change to violations. 3.lost an ID and password after log out for a week, they said had an issue on cloud so used paper logbook
