The Best Platform to build your business

Comments: I honestly have great experience using Systeme.io. I do website improvements and landing pages for my website on-chain-income.com almost daily. And when something doesn't work, their support team are super fast and super helpful in fixing all my problems.

Pros:

I like the website/blog editor the most, you can really customize every detail, even add your own code and you can do all this for free, without limits.

Cons:

They take time to roll out new features for the website editor, some basic features are missing like animations, there are zero animations available! Hopefully they will add this in the future.

NO NEED TO LOOK ANY FURTHER

Comments: I have no complaints. Not one. They are setting the standard for price, ease of use, service, and options for my biz. No need to look any further.

Pros:

I greatly appreciate that Systeme.io provides sooo much value in their free plan. Starting a business without a lot of funds can be very challenging. Other providers want an arm and leg to start off. Systeme.io has allowed me to actually begin an email list with easy-to-understand and learn funnel design. Even their Starter Plan is easily affordable. I know that as my business grows I don't have to worry about migrating to another platform because they offer everything my burgeoning business needs. Any time I have had a question, the response from the Help Team has been minutes, not days. Systeme.io truly has the customer in mind and is committed to service. That's the kind of company I want to deal with.

Cons:

I would love to see an option for more font choices but it is my understanding that is in the works.

Never Seen a System Like Systeme......

Comments: I keep wanting to love this product and system, but they make it really hard to do so with the way that they handle things.
First, their "free migrations". Right....but they only happen about 30 days after you pay. And there's no info that that is the case. So you scramble and pay others to start migrating things so you can stay open and in business. Now, when they did finally do it [sensitive content hidden] was lovely and very helpful.
Second, Support. Well, that's a roll the dice kind of thing. They have a couple that are awesome but too many seem to be simply copying and pasting information that is NOT relevant to your question or issue. So you keep going back and forth.Time waster!
Third, We wanted to downgrade the plan we had from top tier to next level. So they said (and we have this in writing) that they would submit it for a change and then once approved they would make the change and credit our account. Well, 10 days after the initial discussion on this I hadn't heard anything and reach out checking on things. Oh no I'm told. You have to cancel your plan. Wait for it to swtich to the free plan and THEN purchase a new plan. WTF!?!??! Who ever heard of such ridiculousness in this day and age. Most sites it's a point and click to upgrade and downgrade, but now here.
Fourth, check out options are slim. We're going to have to create a way to make custom checkout pages + invoices as the ones in their setup aren't much. The main issue for us is that they only allow Stripe + Paypal as means of payments. So other payment options that Stripe has like Klarna can't be included. And we want nice looking receipts/invoices which Stripe can do and Systeme.io can't unfortunately.
Ok positives: Can setup our course, not as nice looking as other options but pretty decent.

When they migrate, they do a nice job
Bottom line - I regret this move but we're too far in now to move off at least until 2025. There are features that I love but their support and systems are lacking.

It’s truly one of the best all-in-one marketing platforms available, and I would recommend it to anyone looking to streamline their business.

Pros:

Systeme.io is a truly user-friendly platform, offering affordable, comprehensive training materials and exceptional, lightning-fast customer service. When I first started, I knew absolutely nothing about sales funnels, domain connections, or how to get everything set up. The most amazing part? Every time I reached out for help, their team provided speedy, clear, and thorough support that made everything easier to understand. What really stands out to me is how well-designed and high-quality the software is. It’s incredibly easy to use once you get the hang of it, and it works seamlessly for a fraction of the cost compared to other leading platforms. The tools have been fantastic, and the customer support has consistently exceeded my expectations.

Cons:

The one downside I encountered was the learning curve. There are a lot of courses to go through to fully understand how everything works. It wasn’t as intuitive or step-by-step as I would’ve liked, especially as someone who isn’t very tech-savvy. However, I’m confident that others with more technical know-how would find it easier to figure out.

I cannot say much here ... as I have not yet launched the course. But during a trial I did notice an INSANE amount of AFFILIATE messages in the inbox.

The Best Value All-in-One Platform

Comments: There's a lot of function, so a lot to learn. I love that my website, blog, reviews, funnels, contacts, payments, affiliate options, email newsletters and campaigns plus now a pipeline are ALL IN ONE PLACE and I'm sure more is coming!

Pros:

The functionality and value are the absolute best.

Cons:

I'd like to see a paid support option so we can receive tech support. Users need to know how to get around, or they must want to learn. The tutorials are good.

Biggest bang for the buck - BY FAR

Pros:

The platform is extremely easy to use. It provides marketers with a large number of features and implements them in a very simple to use, and intuitive way. No need for an extensive "systeme.io university" - their simple KB articles bridge the learning gap.

Cons:

multifactor authentication is limited to email only at this time.

Very Pleased

Comments: Since working with system.io I am well pleased. The team of supporters respond in a timely and understanding manner.

Pros:

Affordability and easy to execute especially if you’re new to funnels.

Cons:

Nothing major. I wish it had its own way of collecting payments. I just don’t like going outside of the system to use stripe.

It is SO user friendly! It has everything I need and then some. The support is also amazing. They get back to me pretty quickly w very clear answers to my questions.

There is nothing I don’t like about it. I’ve used many softwares over the years and this one has been the most user-friendly and does everything I need in one place.

Very happy with this service

Comments: I heard about it from a friend. I loved that everything could be done within the system and it was actually free! I cannot stop talking about the supportt staff. I needed help with the DNS settings, the order form and order bump, emails and everything and they were so brilliant and understanding. Super happy with this service and I will be upgrading to paid as soon as I have migrated all list from my previous platform.

Pros:

I liked that everything could be done in 1 place and the interface was easy to use and simply laid out. The support staff have been amazing, I am so grateful, quick response and very knowledgeable.

Cons:

Because it can do so many things, it could get really confusing for a newbie but the support staff has been a amazing help. I am so proud of myself for what I created in 2 days with their help. All while taking care of my kids and the house.

Top Choice for Your First(and others) Funnel

Comments: Overall, I am deeply impressed with Systeme.io. I have used the free plan to test out all the features (which is great that you can do on free plan) and I have all best to say about it. I completely see myself using their paid plans in the near future once I set everything up completely and it's a no brainer as the costs of running a whole online business in one solution are dramatically down compared to all the many tools you need and all the thousands of $$$ you spend on other tools.

Pros:

#1: It's super cheap considering their alternatives. While a bit costly for a complete beginner with no capital, for someone with stable earnings it's a no brainer! #2: One-stop-shop solution: It has it all. Just think about it: - Funnels - Newsletter - Campaigns - Physical products/digital products sales system - Coupons - Courses - Communities - Blog/website #3: Ease of use: - Lots of extremely beautiful templates you can learn from and adapt them - Everything is so straightforward and easy to connect - Everything can be previewed or activated live immediately. #4: Training & Support: - Training videos on using the platform - Certification course program (Takes you 2h to master all the basics and even sell this as a service in meantime as you build your products) #5: Affiliate programs: - Your own affiliate program and dashboard - You're automatically their affiliate, you recommend them to a friend, or do affiliate marketing selling their platform, you enable the "powered by systeme.io" sticker and someone randomly clicks it, whatever the case, you earn recurring commissions which help you maintain the cost of their pro plans or potentially become one of your main income drivers.

Cons:

#1: Customization not extra-detailed: - While this may be more a pro than a con in some cases, I'd like to have even more customization (I'm tech savvy) but for people that don't understand or work in web design, it's super helpful and straightforward to set everything up and will be just perfect. #2: Free plan limitations: - While generous, the free plan could use more funnels, tags and perhaps up to 3 courses. #3: Communities: - I feel like there's lots of work to be done in this area. While it's great for resource sharing, asking and answering questions, how awesome would it be if we could set up direct audio/video conferencing within systeme community? Also having a calendar for booking consulting calls without having to use calendly or other booking tools.

The best all-in-one platform I could find

Comments: I am very happy so far because I am gonna manage leads, marketing and sales generation campaign in one tool, I am gonna test and test untill I get 100 times the dollar benefit.

Pros:

As a starting entrepreneur I have been digging in the internet for platforms I could save both time and money. Systeme.io was the best option because for the first time until I learn and test I could benefit the built-in features. There are tons of marketing-campaign-lead management platforms but none give you enough time to warm up to the features, benefit the campaign management and lead generation tools and finally reap the benefits in $$$. So, far I find it better than popular competitors.

Cons:

The only con is the landing page builder which is outdated, boring and has poor creativity.

System.io is a game changer!

Comments: I was pleasantly surprised by the feature and functionality of just the free version. As I started watching the training videos, I was impressed by the quality and granular detail that was provided. Very easy to understand, follow and implement. I found an issue that I brought forward to System.io technical support and they responded to me very quickly, validated that I did find a problem and treated it with a sense of urgency. This is exactly how a business needs to support their customers.

Pros:

Cons:

To be honest, I have not found anything yet that I have not liked.

Pretty easy to set up for a fast launch

Comments: Setup is pretty fast thanks to the simple concise interactions. No overwhelm at all. Tech support emails back the next morning so I can move on with my need. My client is not tech savvy at all and figured out how to add Course content in minutes which is great. Creating the non sales pages and the funnel pages/forms is really easy since SIO put up a lot of 'bumper guards' along the way. Its almost like spinning up a site that's already 50% there the first time you log in. A nice time saver. The nonmarketing part of the site is called the 'blog' and it comes with core pages/urls already like the homepage, about, contact, and sample blog articles. Again its nice to see this content to help make sense of what to do next even if you don't need it.

Pros:

Pricepoint is attainable for different needs. Templates for funnel steps and web pages help expedite design and/or give inspiration. Interface is simple, straightforward. Extremely easy for the non tech-savvy to add course content. Ability to globally save elements in a simple way or a 'master' way so you can add to another page/funnel and edit it as needed or the master allows it to be 1 edit across all your pages (great for like making Header/Footer edits so it goes across all pages its currently on) Can get to know quickly, which helps for a quick launch. Tech support responds via email typically by the next morning, which is fast enough for me. SEO Page Title and Meta Description can be customized. Affiliate sales is such a great and generous model, because it is a great tool you see so many community user videos online from savvy affiliates spreading the word. It helps the designer/admin set things up, also helps newbies, and gives them some new sales too. Tech support via email is consistently helpful current turnaround is by the next morning typically (I am in MST time zone) Easy A/B test setup to try different designs Automation rules to support communication or internal automation to further support

Cons:

Does not accept Apple or GPay Admin users are not able to see the many necessary tech settings to get an account best set up ie adding domain, email verification, payment integration, other integrations. Need to be logged in as the account owner. Funnel pages are not in the sitemap. They can be crawled and submitted to google search console. Not being in the sitemap feels like a miss but its not a brick wall either. There is no payments sandbox but not a brick wall either, I just used a coupon that gives 100% off which could work for core testing needs. Emails sent to purchasers cannot be customized/branded and are non-styled. No Live Chat with tech support

Why deciding to move to Systeme.io has been a game changer!

Comments: Systeme.io is easy to migrate to, and the customer service and support are excellent. Setting up is simple and the end result is attractive and a crowd pleaser. Automation is a doddle and monitoring the numbers for each offering is clear. I can focus on my courses and make any changes quickly and easily. A great decision made to move over to Systeme.

Pros:

The pricing is really good for the functionality Systeme offers and the platform is so easy to set up and maintain. The end result looks great, too. They even do the migration from other platforms on your behalf (with an annual plan or higher plan).

Cons:

None come to mind. For my offering, systeme is fantastic. The simplicity suits me but, I suppose, for the technophiles, other systems allow for more complexity.

I Am Already Sharing This With Everyone I Know!

Comments: It’s been wonderful. I even took their certification course!

Pros:

It isn’t too overwhelming. As a sole proprietor I don’t have the time or energy to be bombarded with a platform that is complicated. The Systeme.io platform is clean, simple yet elegant in its design, functionality and features. Even my ADHD brain can work it. I’m also working with a history of a traumatic brain injury so the fact that I can work it is so important to me.

Cons:

I honestly cannot tell you of any thus far. They have help pages and video tutorials as well as excellent customer support that I have not found any cons to this platform.

So far so good!

Comments: So far so good. I like that I can build a course, community and sales funnels as well as venture into a custom domain so everything is in one spot. There's a lot more to figure out to make things run smoothly but I'm happy thus far.

Pros:

The support! Your team is incredibly prompt, very helpful and when I can't find an answer in the help section I can trust that a message I send to your team will be answered very quickly and usually solves my issue in the first step.

Cons:

It takes a little bit to figure out at first and the necessity to have a custom domain set up in order to have emails sent from the system. It would be a bonus to be able to send at least 3 emails a month on the Free package just to help people starting out get things rolling, bring in more income and then move up to the paid versions.

Comments: 5 star all the way. I have used so many other providers below that cost me a fortune. System.io not only doe everything I need as a marketer it is also cost effective.

Pros:

Systeme.io does everything I want it to do as a marketer. From easy to build funnels to email marketing it's a nice neat package where I don't require multiple service providers. Also it has an amazing training portal and FAQ's that have answered 99% of my questions. I have been using it about a year now. There was only one instance that I had an issue with a domain and the support people got back to me right away and helped me fix it. They were incredibly responsive and helpful.

Cons:

I can't really think of anything I don't like which is rare for me. I'm typically pretty critical.

Systeme.io: The Only Thing You Need, Seriously! The Hype Is Real!

Comments: Oh my gosh...20/10! It's so incredibly impressive and I can't say enough about Systeme.io! It's SO easy to use, you literally get everything you need to be successful, it's fast, beginner friendly, and the user-interface is so nice and easy and you get used to it very fast! The support team are amazing! It really is 24/7. I had a late night issue that got resolved very quickly! Go Systeme.io! Keep doing what you're doing!

Pros:

Systeme is honestly SO impressive! I've been around software for a long time and Systeme has it down! SO very easy to use even for beginners, the support is amazing and fast, documentation is well written with video guidance, and it's not buggy at all which is crazy! Systeme offers SOOO much for a free user and it's a no-brainer for me! I'll be using Systeme.io for a long time!

Cons:

I got used to this so fast! I think the documentation is great (example: email and domain authentication). I just think if it was formatting/styling could use touching up; like make it easier to read. I understand the use of ">>>" and everything because I used to do that. I just do bullet points and then indented bullet point after that. Everyone likes bullet points!

Best Funnel Program I Used So Far

Comments: Overall, my experience with Systems.io has been great. Even interactions with support was prompt and professional. They helped me with DNS and email issues that I didn't understand and helped me fix the issue.

Pros:

How easy it was to set up and use. All of the programmable buttons and things that you need are at your fingertips. Also you are allowed to set up one complete functional funnel with email automation for free. Then as your business grown you can add other funnels for a reasonable price. You cant do that with other systems. System.io gets it. Let your customer make some money and they will be a paying customer for life.

Cons:

Not much to not like. Any problems I had with the set up was quickly responded to with a solution. In all I hardly had issues so I cant really answer to this question.

Systeme Overdelivers

Comments: I feel like I'm so much valued even before they make money from my membership, and this is worth recommending to others.

Pros:

Even at the freemium level membership, I was provided with the quality of service that's equivalent to expensive membership levels in other platforms.

Cons:

Even there's a huge plethora of templates already available for users, I think Systeme has to continue adding more.

System.io is the best

Comments: I have been using it for 2 years and I have never had any problems. Customer service is very good. They deal with your problems immediately. It is not complicated like other landing page creating sites but it is very simple. It is easy to understand. They explain everything step by step on their help pages and I do not even need to ask customer service for most things.

Pros:

it is free and very easy to use. Customer service responds very quickly.

Cons:

There is no payment option for Turkey on any landing page websites. Because paypal and stripe are banned in Turkey. It would be great if system.io could help its customers in Turkey in this regard.

All Systems Go!

Comments: As a new user of System.io, my experience has been very positive, and I'm excited to get back inside the platform to see what I can create.

Pros:

System.io is a very well-priced interface, that is easy to use. I created a funnel and squeeze page, redesigned it according to my requirements, and tested it within the hour. It's a great package for newbies just starting in a world of marketing and automation. The interface is fairly clean, and straightforward. The items and tools are easy to locate, and you can navigate the platform without too much confusion. There is a built-in AI support Bot that has been very fast and Overall, I have enjoyed my time with System.io. Sysytem.io is a business built on helping other businesses grow! I would recommend giving it a go and treating your business to the next level with System.io

Cons:

As a new user of the platform (System.io) I have only discovered a minimal amount of (in my own experience) cons. I would like to see some improvement and additional features within the automation/workflow builder as I've seen implemented in other platforms. I struggled with the configuration and was unable to resolve the issue. I contacted Customer Support, and they provided a solution and feedback but I still found myself uncertain how to fix the issue. I would like a more in-depth response that either corrects my fault with an example or covers more detail to explain (for a newbie learning automation and new terminologies). The AI chatbot gave me some support and feedback regarding an issue, but unfortunately, it had miscalculated the software, and the features/menu it suggested did not exist in the platform, so I could not propel forward.

They disappeared with my emails that were captured by META paid campaigns.

Pros:

I didn't have a good experience because the system didn't work and my contacts disappeared.

Cons:

In short, I hired the biggest plan available, migrated my contacts, but soon after came a series of systeme.io limitations and failures. Clearly characterizing poor service provision. Systeme.io still limited its use, as it reported system failures, and all the contacts that were registered via the website developed by Systeme.io itself disappeared, in addition to not being able to send emails. The losses caused ranged from hours of work, upset, worry and even payment for a service that doesn't work, in addition to loss of leads that were captured via the META group's paid campaign and Systeme.io simply disappeared with these contacts. So, in addition to Systeme.io not working, contacts that were registered have disappeared and to make matters worse, they want to charge a monthly fee for this. In other words, they want me to pay for a service that was not provided and for having disappeared with my contacts. When questioning them (I have a copy of all emails) they informed that they do not refund money because the system may have errors. Like this? They don't provide the minimum amount of service, they disappear with their contacts, they spend weeks trying to solve the problem and they only say that they couldn't solve it and finally they still want to charge for it, without refunding the amount paid? Imagine me informing the customer that I will charge the amount even if I don't do what was promised and that will be it. That's what they're doing, absurd with clear violations of the CDC and CC. It's been almost 15 days trying to find a solution with support and they still haven't been able to solve the problems. No longer trusting the system, I requested a refund of the amount paid and the leads that were captured on a paid basis by META and disappeared. The support response was that they would not refund or compensate the leads captured. In other words, they are charging for a service that was not provided and still do not want to take responsibility and compensate for the damage caused. And they are still charging me for disappearing my contacts and the system not working. Impressive. So, after trying to return it in a friendly manner, they informed us that it was not possible. I have all emails saved, including those from support reporting errors.

I’m really impressed with Systeme.io! The platform has all the features I need to run my business smoothly, and the customer support is fantastic. They’re always quick to help and genuinely care about our success. Plus, the updates keep getting better and better. It’s an affordable solution that truly delivers. Highly recommend!

Cons:

I really don’t have any major cons to mention. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be the addition of a dedicated CRM system, but even without it, Systeme.io remains an affordable and effective solution. Highly recommend!
