Sked Social is Great for Creative Approval {Usually}
Comments: I think Sked Social is great for what I use it for 95% of the time-reviewing, approving and optimizing social content. I have learned to look for my Facebook analytics in Facebook Business Manager and live with what I can find in Sked for Instagram.
Pros:
I use Sked Social to approve the social creative my ad agency develops. Most of the time, it is a quick and painless process. I'm able to easily see previews of the posts my customers will see and make recommendations on copy changes.
Cons:
It can be a bit glitchy if you are using any browser besides Chrome and especially if you are using a mobile device (how ironic). I have approved some posts only to find them rejected or not yet reviewed. I wish the analytics were stronger. It's really not designed to be a strong analytic tool.
Alternatives Considered:
Sked is my go-to social media management tool
Pros:
Sked is offering a wide range of posts that some other main social media scheduler don't. On sked, you can schedule, stories, and carousels.
Cons:
Analytics side is a little weak. For example sharing data is not included.
Functions enough
Comments: mediocre. They had more features that helped me before and seem to be removing them and making things slower to access in an attempt to get us to upgrade.
Pros:
Sked has allowed me to schedule posts on Instagram in advance and has a nice visual view of what's going to be scheduled in the future. I particularly like the calendar and planner views.
Cons:
The content management and library features are difficult to use. There is no reposting feature at all which accounts for the majority of one of our pages, so it's cumbersome putting together the planned content for that. They also made it cumbersome to upload media to a post by adding additional places you have to click into instead of the easier to access drag and drop location they had previously. They've also started charging for library access to images you'd already uploaded which is annoying.

Sked – a you-beaut social media tool
Pros:
Sked is great for drafting, captioning and scheduling posts and works wonderfully in my workflow of repurposing content across social media platforms for multiple SMM clients. I can capture images from anywhere on the web and make minor changes or add text with the in-built image editor.
Cons:
It's difficult and time-consuming to discard drafted posts, which can be overwhelming when old unnecessary posts get mixed in with new ones. The analytics also don't function very well, as the image previews often tend to glitch and don't actually show a preview.
One stop shop
Pros:
Scheduling and the ability to cover all platforms with ease.
Cons:
Sometimes the linkinbio feature can be a bit buggy but it's still a great solution
Helpful Scheduling Tool
Comments: Has been helpful!
Pros:
- Ability to schedule posts for multiple accounts (across different platforms) at the same time - Queue function - Helpful customer service; quick and responsive
Cons:
There is no function to create and leave notes on the actual calendar view (as placeholders/reminders)
Alternatives Considered:
This software will make all the difference!
Comments: Great.
Pros:
Sked Social is so easy to use. I never have to worry about if my posts have gone out or if my channels will disconnect.
Cons:
Haven't found anything I don't like yet.
What We Like About Sked Social
Pros:
Love automation and scheduling features - easy to learn and deploy
Cons:
Missing optional feature to visually layout Instagram in a free-form way integrated with option to plug in dates and holidays so layout can be customized - would also be great to collaborate with a user interface that is similar to Basecamp which is highly intuitive and very easy to setup - would be most helpful if the app could do more and have more functions and features similar to the desktop platform - the reporting and analytics is not very useful for us as we get more information that we need from Meta Business and Instagram reporting tools
Solo Owner Operator Must Have
Comments: Fantastic - support is amazing.
Pros:
I like the automated posting to multiple platforms for multiple accounts.
Cons:
I wish I could post to the storyline with ease.
Expensive
Pros:
The number of things you ca do with it including integrations. Unlimited postings.
Cons:
The cost is expensive and every social is an additional cost
Love it
Comments: It’s fantastic, and I recommend it to all clients.
Pros:
It does exactly what it’s meant to do - plus they have amazing customer support
Cons:
Occasional bugs where a scheduled post disappears- like once every few months.
Easy to use social scheduler
Pros:
From the start, Sked Social has been extremely easy and intuitive to use. I manage my LinkedIn and instagram social accounts on it for my consulting business. Having previously worked on the corporate side leading the Social team for a billion-dollar retailer, I knew I was looking for an all-in-one solution to manage the content across my personal business' social channels. I love how I can preview the posts, easily drag and drop creative assets, and schedule ahead of time so I don't have to think about it. I also love the link in bio feature to easily organize links I want to highlight on my instagram channel. The performance analytics are also useful in helping me understand quickly what worked best each month.
Cons:
The only wish I have to improve Sked Social, is the tagging feature for LinkedIn posts doesn't usually work. Meaning, I need to post and then manually edit my LinkedIn post to tag a person or company. Sked Social updated their features to allow LinkedIn page tagging, but it doesn't work for me with individuals.
Improved our social media marketing!
Comments: Sked has allowed us to save time with our social scheduling, analyse our engagement and post performance, and has overall improved our whole social media marketing process
Pros:
I love that you can auto-publish gallery posts on Instagram, as well as stories and reels. Great for saving time! The SkedLink feature is also hugely useful for our Instagram profile.
Cons:
The only downside is that it's sometimes glitchy and requires a page refresh in order to get it working again
Love SkedSocial
Pros:
We enjoyed the ease and simplicity of the platforms and the fact that it has many more features than other platforms out there,
Cons:
The software does not always schedule the posts at the given time which caused big troubles once in a giveaway post.
Great tool!
Pros:
I was able to integrate this new software into my old social media management routine adding posirive value to the process. Sked Social is easy to use, very intuitive and not at all expensive compared to other softwares I used before and trust me, I tried almost every tool available on the market.
Cons:
The software has still speed issues, some of the pages take a really long time to load and whatever feature might be added to the instagram stories side of it would be very welcome, I dream about the day when I will be able to schedule instagram stories with tag and link stickers.
Amazing for an Agency
Pros:
I love how Instagram-focused this scheduling platform is. The ability to post multiple images in a post makes scheduling very efficient. I also love the planner feed so I can see what my Instagram feed will look like.
Cons:
I wish we could automatically schedule reels as well as choose specific cover photos for videos. IGTV videos would also be nice.
Good value for a very impressive product
Pros:
I use this software primarily for instagram management, it is very easy to use and has all the features I could need for a small-mid size business.
Cons:
No major cons that I can think of! I would like to post stories with links, but the limitation may be from meta rather than sked.
Review from Two Skirts
Pros:
When working properly we should be able schedule and post pictures to instagram easily.
Cons:
Our pictures are never posted on time and usually end up queued with an error message. No products are ever tagged either.
Great Value, It is great tool for new agency
Pros:
They care about their users. Once you are set it is to use and get in motion.
Cons:
The trickiest part is setting IG accounts for clients when you are working with people in different countries. However, it is also important to make sure to do a proper verification, so I guess it is part of the process.
Easy to use, lots of features and inexpensive
Pros:
Easy to use, visually-led, quick communication,
Cons:
Crops images when not in square!!!!!!!!
Sked lover
Pros:
Ease of use, business integration, content planner

The price is more $$$ than other programs but is offset by features
