It's the perfect Zoom integration and more. Grain is helpful for day-to-day operations. This tool helps us capture high-impact moments of our visual meeting recaps. As a result, we can train our recruits more effectively without repeating the same meetings. With Grain, you can upload a video, get the transcript and scan through the transcript for important information, saving you hours. With near-instantaneous upload speeds and link-based viewing, it's easy to share customer insights.
Cons:
- I cannot add metadata tags to video recordings- Transcripts are not always accurate- Formatting is awful when you copy text directly from the transcript
