導入のコストが安いのにサポートがすばらしい

Comments: まだ頻度が高くないが使いやすく、コスパが良いと思います

Pros:

価格の安さ。導入のしやすさ。サポートは充実

Cons:

少し音声認識が割れるときがある。導入にの、クラウドツール設定が少し面倒

Comments: 高価なPBXを購入する必要がなく、手持ちのスマートフォンを使うので電話機代さえかからなかった。導入も簡単でサポートも早くて丁寧。在宅時でも外出中でも、03番号ですべての社員が受発信できるのでとても便利に利用している。

Pros:

初期費用がかからない。ランニングコストも安い。工事も不要で、わずか5日程度で簡単に導入が可能。

Cons:

特にない。既存の番号でもクラコールを簡単に導入できるようになるとよい。
