Comments: It feels like it takes a long time to fix problems or to make changes. It would really benefit us if we had a person we could call to help us with issues, rather than just submit a ticket and hope for the best.

Pros:

The claims module has streamlined our process. We are much less paper intensive with documents saved to the policy.

Cons:

Our inability to create custom deliverables that say exactly what we want. Reports are still a bit of a mystery when I want to change the parameters. Vendor integrations are difficult. Tickets seem to go into a black hole at times and get forgotten. The cost.
