Pros:

Powerful system capable of handling large volume, complex usage-based pricing, commissioning and settlement, billing-as-a service, multi-currency catalog and billing etc. Best-in-class APIs for easy integration and stand-alone GUI for end users.

Cons:

A little bit more complex to implement than our previous SaaS-based platform, fewer connectors

impressive toolbox for subscription and integration

Comments: complex integration within IT systems done, Salesforce integrated, ISP integration and gain of prouctivity

Pros:

fully customizable entreprise grade software with B2B, B2C and partner/sellers settlement hierarchy that can be used for any billing activity, ease of API integration use

Cons:

complex model with many options, leaves too much options sometimes to implement a complex model, missing CRM like features
