Seems we have turned a corner after a difficult start. ARM offered a refund while still worked to find a turnaround. The last 3 days they have been fantastic. Next couple of days is for final testing. If all works well, other than the initial difficulties in setting up the solution, this could turn out to be an absolutely fantastic solution. I will provide a further update after testing and a final update a few weeks after we go live. This is a very important solution for our company and if we can continue the level of support of the last 3 days, it could turn out to be the most significant success contributing factor of our ambitious project.

While their team was always available to help, I think if they also provided a pdf guide detailing the developed software's features, this would assist users to troubleshoot minor issues independently and understand the software's full capabilities. (I am sure they could have provided this if I had asked for it as their team was always proactive with addressing our requests). This is a minor issue in my opinion as they developed all the features that we initially wanted when we approached them. They even went above and beyond added extra features which we hadn't thought of initially when we first approached them with our idea.
