Pros:

Thanks to Luigi's Box, it is much easier to manage the search engine and autosuggester mechanisms. This tool also offers great analytics to help you optimize your website content for search. A numerous tool for personalizing communication in the autosuggester are a great marketing tool.

Cons:

Some solutions are still in beta phase, although they seem to work properly. Apart from that, I don't find any disadvantages with this tool.

Cons:

The cost-effectiveness of this tool varies depending on your utilization. A poorly configured setup and/or use may incur high expenses, but with a well-executed setup, costs can be mitigated. Proper configuration ensures swift realization of ROI.

Pros:

Cons:

- As a user, I really can recommend the software and didnt find any issues.

Luigi's Box Search

Comments: LBX is not perfect, as, at every SaaS, there are some minor bugs, but the company is approaching it very well with near to immediate solutions. Communication with LBX is easy and very responsive.

Pros:

Luigi's Box is really outgoing, willing to cooperate in multiple areas, providing custom solutions tailored for our needs.

Cons:

Quite heavy need of proper feed setup(on our side) in order for everything to work properly. But that is something you generally need to count on.

Transforming Ecommerce with Perfect AI Search Engine

Comments: For our two websites, we use Luigi’s Box, and it is a very powerful search tool with background statistics. The tool solved our problem of insufficient descriptions, filtering, and categorization of parameters. These parameters become irrelevant with a powerful search engine. At the same time, we can track what our customers are looking for and adjust the website’s offerings to the demand. The AI handles the search very well, so customers don’t even have to browse the entire site.

Pros:

Very good tool, how to find out what people need from us. A visual effective dashboards and a lot of strategic information's about products and searches without results.

Cons:

I miss some historical data, for compares. YtoY or QtoQ. we can see only 3 months trends.

All-in-one search and recommendation tool

Comments: You get great support and deep understanding with your business from the Luigi'x Box crew. The starting configuration gave us more than 50% better quality search ratio and various tools to enhance those search results even further. The analytics tools are more than enough to obtain business decisions.

Pros:

Intuitiveness of control panel AI, but most of all - great search quality from the start.

Cons:

That I give it a chance that late. I should have done it way earlier.

Robust ecommerce search engine

Comments: We are overall very happy with the solution, it works well almost all of the time and when it does not, their customer support usually deals with everything as soon as possible.

Pros:

It has all the necessary features like rule-based merchandizing, synonyms and synonym suggestions (that are surprisingly good), even a tool to do A/B testing. Other than that the basics are very automated and do not need much human input.

Cons:

Analytics. They are lacking the option to do previous period comparisons and metric trends over time.

LB the search engine that change my site

Comments: I can recommend this solution to anyone, it is flexible and very scalable

Pros:

It works perfectly well, we have 1.500.000 products so search engine is crusial for us

Cons:

- the integration took ages\ - the way of valueing costs by tokens is not clear enough

The right combination of search engine and recommendation tool

Comments: The experience went very well. The pre-production exchange tools are well-defined and the feedback from the team is very rapid. I appreciated the kindness and skills of the people I spoke to. Having implemented other product recommendation and internal search engine tools, the complexity is equal. You have to know how to retrieve the data and communicate it properly so that Luigi's Box can work with it. It's not magic!

Pros:

We had tested recommendation tools and search engines, but they weren't good enough. These tools were also dissociated, which didn't make the proposal any more relevant. Luigi's Box combines two tools but is above all based on AI. In a sector where it's difficult to get good cross-selling because the products are necessities, we've found that Luigi's is doing very well. I like Luigi's automatic email reports that I can send to the product team so that I can adapt the offer according to trends and queries without the products on offer.

Cons:

Creating the product flow took longer than expected. I recommend using a flow manager to make the task easier and avoid asking too much help from a developer. It would be great if you could provide technical support in French.

Great search results for eshop

Comments: Very good overally. I wish I would not need it and the search in eshop platform we use would be enough, but we do need it and it does what we pay for.

Pros:

Everything, that shows in search results can be set up. Additionally, the redirections can be set very easily and navigate customer where we need to have him.

Cons:

Search results are sometimes not correct and they need to be fixed manually. For example sometimes it prioritase product that has nothing to do with search query and the right products is only shown in small window next to it. This can be fixed, but must be done manually.

Great choice to improve the conversion

Comments: I have had only a great experience with LB. Even in one of our Hackatons, colleagues from LB made an extra mile and helped us with our thoughts to be turned into a reality.

Pros:

First and foremost, improved conversion rate, suggestions of the products for the business to grow and individual approach from LB.

Cons:

Due to many options that LB provide, it is sometimes difficult to navigate in order to improve the numbers.

Comments: Based on several years of positive experience in multiple languages, we definitely recommend the software.

Pros:

Visible improvement in conversion rate and easier customer orientation on the e-shop.

Cons:

The software is highly usable. In the future, we expect to see deeper integration using artificial intelligence.

Comments: I was present during the initial interviews with the company, from negotiations, through conditions implementation, to smooth operation. Everything proceeded without any issues. Additionally, I participate in regular reporting, which is positively received within our company.

Search engine for any kind of e-shop

Comments: We decided to use Luigis box instead of our solution because its fast, exact, provides interesting data and is easy to manage. After years of use I can say it was good decision.

Pros:

It's fast, easy to use for our customers (search/autosuggestion) and also for us (administration/data collecting,...). Great support.

Cons:

Nothing comes to my mind. Everything working as expected.

Great value for money, important stream for our revenue

Pros:

Easy to implement, we could start using all the features just a few hours after talking to a company representative. Luigi's box is constantly increasing our revenue by personalizing our search results. It quickly became an extra stream of our revenue.

Cons:

Nothing worth mentioning. Great experience so far, especially since the support team is very responsive.

Only good experiences

Comments: We have had a good experience since launch. The LugiBox team is here to help. They offer us interface modifications, content, improvements and they have answers. They react. The system works and brings real results. Recommendations and improves the user interface on our website.

Pros:

We are currently using an older system of eshop engine that seemingly cannot be improved. It was done using only a short code without invasive interventions in the otherwise inaccessible source code of the old system. Luigi do not require programmers on our site (in our team and our website)

Cons:

I have no bad experience since launching, using and managing this solution.

Luigi's Box is doing pretty solid job. With them the search tool is not boring and not too lengthy. Thanks to Luigi's Box the most relevant/most popular products pop on your customer right away. This and the option to add these products straight to the cart eventually boost conversion rate. All of it happens in line with the brand and e-shop design, with great compatibility for mobile devices (today a necessity for successful shop). The second smart tool that Luigi's Box offers is product reco. We use it in cart in the manner of "Customers usually add these products" and it works quite well. When we did an A/B test, the results were pretty good: 4 % CTR and +13 % revenue growth when the Luigi's Box reco was used.

Cons:

More usage. I guess Luigi's Box has a lot of solid data to work with. I would like to see another way to freshen up an e-shop, which would be complementary with the Luigi's Box search tool and product reco.

Great search tool, amazing support

Pros:

We loved the ease of implementation, welcoming pricing, and most of all, the sheer power of their search functionality. It's a huge improvement over our previous in-house solution that was lacking in too many areas. And it shows. Thanks to Luigi's Box, the UX of our website has improved significantly.

Cons:

So far the experience was very good. Ask me again in a year, I guess, but I don't think I'll have anything bad to say about LB.
