A professional tool
Pros:
Email marketing, Workflows & Rules and Analytics. These are the three tools that allow one to understand the complexity yet professionalism and comprehensiveness of the SalesManago tool. The administrator has the fundamental elements to be able to interact 36' degrees with the customer, profiling him in the round.
Cons:
One penalising element is certainly the price of the tool. Certainly higher than several competitors, who offer less precise services, with customer service even in contires with time zones, but the price is disadvantageous for realities that want to activate Marketing Automation tools.

Comments: Salesmanago integrate crucial features otherwise found in many different platforms with all the difficulties of integration of third parties application, besides security.

SalesManago stands out in the crowded marketing automation landscape with a robust set of features designed to enhance omnichannel marketing, personalization, and sales automation. Here are the best features that make SalesManago an excellent choice for businesses, especially those in the e-commerce sector. Great for Omnichannel Marketing, comprehensive use of predictive Analytics, a state of the art Customer Data Platform and is also very cost-effective if you decide to scale the business. Great experience with staff from the beginning of the project, onboarding and development of the project.

Customer Success Team? It's a joke!
Pros:
Definitely it has a lot of features and the idea behind is strong.
Cons:
For marketing team it's not easy to use, very complicated. You have to learn a lot before you can start for example sending marketing emails. When you log in you can see plenty of different options but there is no priority of them, poor UX. Customer Service (they call it Customer Success Team, lol) can't understand what the real problem is, they focus on details, not on overall client experience. They do not treat you as a partner.

Comments: SALESmanago is assisting us in communicating with customers for marketing and profiling purposes, reengaging customers who haven't visited or made purchases on our website, and retaining those who have opted to be contacted for promotions and initiatives.
Pros:
I've been working closely with SALESmanago for just a few months, and in such a short time, I've quickly grasped the potential of this platform. The addition and involvement of our Customer Success Manager [sensitive content hidden] have fostered collaboration between our brand and your project. Working with SALESmanago means having 360-degree support from both a technical and commercial perspective, with well-defined objectives to achieve through constantly evolving strategies and recommendations. I find the platform's usability and problem management easy, both in the short and long term, although I'm a newcomer in this.
Cons:
The only suggestion I'd like to provide is to channel technical requests and bring them to the attention of a maximum of 2 operators per client, rather than involving an entire technical support team. This approach ensures project continuity and a smoother, faster bug management.

Pros:
SALESmanago is a comprehensive marketing automation tool. We, as a company, appreciate the platform's versatility. It provides solutions for nearly all of our marketing needs, particularly email marketing, and lead nurturing. The customer service is quick and responsive and they help us utilize the tool's maximum potential.

The user interface could be somewhat perplexing or daunting for those who aren't particularly tech-savvy.

I have been using Salesmango for about 4 years. At first I found the platform a bit difficult to use, but over time several tools have been simplified. Today it seems to me a very complete platform.
Cons:
The menu organization could be more neat and organized. Having everything you need clearly indicated helps productivity a lot.

Comments: SALESmanago is helping to our clients to know their customers better. On the base of this knowledge they are able to communicate with their customers in personalize way. In that regard they see higher customer engagement with their marketing messages in many channels which leads to increased revenues.
Pros:
With SALESmanago you have all customer data (behavioural and transactional) in one place and ready to use in many channels SM offers. Many eCommerce marketers are using single purpose applications or platforms and therefor they are not able to have 360 view of each customer. SALESmanago solves this problem with excellence.
Cons:
Complexity of the platform might scare some users. Also some user expect a magic wand platform which will do everything for them. That is not truth obviously. It is about proper work and time to learn how to use this tool and get all the benefits platform has.

Marketing software that works for us
Comments:
Finding a marketing automation solution built and hosted in EU, complient with GDPR, was a challenge resolved by SalesManago.
We also had the issue of lack of people and lack of knowledge. Salesmanago's people rock! Without them, we'd have never been able to jumpstart and implement.
Another issue that probably many existing companies have is that integration with other systems, software, is key. Via the Salesmanago API and existing integrations we overcame this hurdle very well.
The major benefit is that we're realising is that we stay competitive with our business, that we keep generating more qualified leads and prospects.
Pros:
Their service and support people that really are always doing their best to help us. We're a small team with limited resources and knowledge. Thanks to the knowledge they share with hands-on support as if they're part of our team, we successfully jumpstarted marketing automation in only a few weeks. Also in the months after starting up, we learned how to use more features and we have increased our results. SalesManago as platform/product we like most because it's working good, it's really easy to use after a few months, it allows for fast action, it provides real-time insights and data visibility. The marketing automation: website and e-commerce integration, lead generation via multiple ways and personalised communication flows that can be very well automated and that provide conversion data, are very well developed.
Cons:
Their built in CRM still can and should be developed up to par with alternative CRM solutions and should be a lot more functional.

I would say that what I liked least about the software was its steep learning curve. Very good customer support, a lot of useful features and easy to use since day one

I like it a lot that right after first log in, a lot of functions have been so easy to use that it needed almost no help or tutorials. And with more advanced scenarios, I could always count on support team to do their job. Also the contact with customer success department is perfect, [sensitive content hidden] is amazing person to work with - always perfectly prepared for our calls.
Cons:
Rarely, but there are some issues that are not clear - e.g. I did not get immediate info what I was doing wrong when I could not save my email - only after contacting support I was told it was certain emoji use in one of e-mails.

The SalesMANAGO system is one of the best tools for automating email marketing and marketing. It is developing very dynamically. User-friendly system interface. Easy to use, very intuitive. Great contact with a dedicated guardian who helps to implement new solutions. If errors occur (rarely), the IT department quickly analyzes them and explains them.

Comments: Building complex user based workflows with reduced time, thanks to their drag and drop workflow creator. Automation of processes around email marketing greatly benefits from the number of options available in the workflow library.

Sales Manago offers a solid features list around workflow automation. The integration can be as complex or straightforward as needed thanks to their API. Email marketing tools are complex in their use cases but easy to set up and manage as a user. In order to take advantage of the more advanced functions, additional time may be required for non-traditional e-commerce platforms.

Not all available tools work with or integrate with external platforms right out of the box.

SalesManago is a great all in one tool. You can have email, sms, wpn, LP, forms and automations in one place, it’s easy to work with and analyse database. It is quite intuitive despite the extensive panel and the multitude of options to choose from. Possibility to integrate with multiple tools
Cons:
Could use a more advanced and intuitive mailing editor. Cause advanced version give’s you more or less the same as the express, but with more complications.
Amazing platform for online marketing for my company
Pros:
I have been using Sales Manago for 12m now and I am amazed by the overall performance of the product. We use Sales Manago at different stages of building customer value: first, the platform helps managing users that we attracted to our website so that we can properly track their future online behaviour. We also use SM package for preparing and distribution of our mailings. Sales Manago provides also specific solutions for mobile marketing or web push notifications as well as it enables us to build quite complex scenarios to stay in touch with customers who express interest in our product but did not buy them yet. A variety of Sales Manago functionalities is combined with helpful and professional staff that we contact quite frequently. We have regular calls with support team and together we go step by step through the current goals we want to achieve using marketing automation. Another great thing is that we receive help from SM side also when it comes to our integration with other software providers. Consequently, we are sure that we use the platform to the maximum of our capabilities. I am proud of the fact that a few months ago I recommended Sales Manago to be our marketing automation software and went through the implementation of the system to our company - it is one of the best business decisions I have ever made:)

Pros:
The system is easy to use, and has a very broad range of different features for eCommerces and B2B, containing CRM, email & mobile & website marketing, social media, campaigns etc. A lot of integrations including main eCommerce platforms, Facebook & Tiwtter, SMS providers, CRMs and other supporting tools. Segmentations tags are surely helpful to aim marketing efforts. The OR and CTR significantly increases thanks to SALESmanago. Automation rules and personalized marketing automation campaigns help in sales results, that can be observed on dashboards.
Cons:
As in every system there are occasional bugs. Also because of the new features added regulary, customer might firstly be overloaded with different possibilities, so its a good idea to ask for dedicated support.
Awsome tools that really work!
Pros:
As a partner we implement Sales Manago into our clients their business with great ease. This is due to their excellent support and personal approach. This way we can be sure our clients get what they need. If something is not available by default, which is unlikely, we always find a sollution based on custom coding.
Cons:
If it neccessary to say something as of today feb-2018, I would say that having better overview of all possiblilities is a key focus. I do understand it is hard to make this happen since there are so many tools.
