In Lou I love
Comments: Lou is a solid app for site navigation guidance, app tours etc. But it also incorporate a bunch of helpful tools inside. Overall, I feel very happy to have a productive, all-in-one and effective solution like Lou
Pros:
Lou is very easy to use, with a clear and clean interface and step-by-step guidance for users to perform the necessary actions. I can very easily create any widget that I want in very short time, from tooltips, hotspots, site tour - everything is presented in a convenient menu-based interface and walkthrough guide (even more convenient when I install the Chrome extension). I also love that Lou can be installed easily in multiple domains, so that I can create consistent experiences to users.
Cons:
The installation may require adding some code snippets in the "Header" section of website or page. It is not an issue for me, but for those who is not familiar may require helps from Lou's team. Nonetheless, Lou's supporting team is quite responsive overall so this is not really an issue.
Great onboarding experiences
Comments: I develop websites for clients, this helps the onboarding process to explain to them how the backend works, and where are the features/options that they'll most need.
Pros:
It is extremely easy to use, with the chrome extension is just a matter of clicking on the step you want to explain, writing the instruction and that's it! I like the fact that you can simulate it straight away and define the audience to show this to.
Cons:
I didn't like that they didn't have checklists, but now they do! The only important feature missing is the mobile compatibility, but that is also in the works.

Horrible experience
Comments: After my experience, I cannot recommend at all.
Pros:
I would say the free version, but it is useless because it does not work
Cons:
I can't believe those positive reviews are real, I have only experience TERRIBLE UX and many many many bugs every single day. It is not working according to settings.
Lou
Pros:
I had spent some time looking for an application for onboarding new clients, and Lou was exactly what I needed! It has a simple setup with most of the functionality required in a 'tour SaaS product' The interface for creating a tour is super simple and customizable.
Cons:
I would like to see more integrations with other software packages (Slack, Mixpanel, and Intercom) and I would love to see more advanced features like NPS.
Great tool!
Pros:
I like the easiness of installation. It's highly customizable and quite fun, actually, to set up.
Cons:
The fact that mobile is not supported yet. But it should be there soon as support assured me.

Pretty. Clunky. Needs faster troubleshooting from support.
Comments: Each user has their issues. See above.
Pros:
The software looks very pretty. The mobile access is a nice touch.
Cons:
Issues with lag on the desktop portal. POS transactions as well have their fair share of issues. Many items that we wish we had faster IT support rather than waiting on 6-8 weeks to implement fixes to our issues. The mobile access is nice while in the field. However, it has its headaches.
I love Lou!!!!!
Pros:
I love how easy it is to set up a tour of your product. I was able to use it to set up a welcome tour of the membership site for my clients.
Cons:
I wish that they had mobile right now, but I know they are working on it. That's honestly the only drawback that I've experienced.
