Pros:
The way jivox displays customer information is fantastic and helps us target specific content for each type of customer. It is certainly a very powerful tool for those who have e-commerce, allowing you to customize ads according to the characteristics of your customers.
Cons:
The tool is not so easy to learn to use but after we managed to acquire knowledge, it became easier
