Great tool
Comments: In general, I like the solution and use cases that we developed there. But unfortunatelly, people from other departments should invest more time to start to use deeply. I feel that sometimes they have a big dependenvy with the IT department.
Pros:
It's a platform where we can build a lot of audiences based on navigation and other integrations. It´s easy to use and we don´t demand data or views from BI department
Cons:
personalization functionality is not good with responsive layouts and also has few features people from other department is not familiar with how to use. Maybe a lot of videos and training sessions with gamification items would be usefull to learn

Pros:
I like the many features of this program.
Cons:
I feel like the upload and import time is very long. I will admit that Lytics has been improving on this and it has gotten better

Lytics, like any advanced data platform, may have a learning curve for users who are new to CDPs or data management.

Comments: We found it straight forward to intergrade and the customer service has been excellent
Pros:
WE love the customer segmentation and audience targeting.
Cons:
We currently don't have any issues with Lytics, One feature I would like is for a mole optimised version that can track a user leaving our site on mobile.

Really easy to use segmentations to make new audiences
Cons:
Its easy to make integrations but there is a lot of information if you're not an IT profile

Lytics Audience Generation
Pros:
Lytics ability to identify and target specific users within a segment has been instrumental in the way in which my company conducts business. The software is easy to use and highly customizable.
Cons:
Due to the large amount of segments my team uses the software can often be slow when producing on demand counts. Aside from this, integration with other apps is helpful although there is a learning curve.

Pros:
This product is incredibly easy to use! It allows for the freedom to set up audiences however you need and processes them quickly. It is also easy to collaborate with other users within your company to work on audiences together.
Cons:
The only con is that it sometimes takes several hours for custom lists to load within Lytics.
Great intuitive tool for affordable price
Comments: Overall very intuitive and customer friendly. As mentioned stalls out occasionally but what product doesn’t.

Functionality is intuitive in comparison to its competitors. Only caveat is it can sometimes stall out, but that may be a service issue.

Product stalling out in the middle of data entry. Otherwise few complaints
