Easy to get started and use. Support Staff is the best. Constantly upgrading and making the platform better. Have weekly training and informative emails featuring tips and tricks. Includes simple e-commerce functionality for landing pages.
Cons:
Can’t think of any. This is an awesome platform.

Pros:
I love everything about AWeber! Support is awesome! The tools are easy to use and there is an abundance of support materials and videos for DIY How to! I enjoy having an email responder that cares!
Cons:
I dont think there is anything negative to say about using AWeber! Everything I need to do is available in AWeber!
Good value but UI not as good as Mailerlite
Comments: Aweber could be great if they made the user interface more simple IMO.
Pros:
Aweber has been around a long time and has a good reputation. It has a free plan so that you can test it out.
Cons:
I dislike the UI compared to similar software like mailerlite.
AWeber; A Time-Tested Email Marketing System
Comments: I felt that it was complicated to use and too expensive for my needs.
Pros:
It was considered to be one of the best email marketing softwares, so I tried it and used it. It's a great system that covers many needs.
Cons:
It's expensive and best suited for large businesses.
Alternatives Considered:
AWeber is the BEST for Beginners
Comments: AWeber is tried, tested, and true. I highly recommend it to anyone starting out who is new to email automation. Great customer support and documentation. The free version is perfect for the beginner and as you grow they offer more features to support your growing email marketing needs at great prices.
Pros:
When I started my business I didn't have a clue how to use an email automation service. AWeber was recommended and I'm so glad that I signed up. Their free trial version is great for beginners. I was able to create my first landing page and web forms with ease. I also have the confidence to know that as my business grows AWeber has all the features I need to manage my email marketing and campaigns.
Cons:
I wish the free version allowed for multiple lists. You are given one, but it would be nice if maybe they could increase that to 3 lists.
Alternatives Considered:
Aweber is a must for small businesses.
Comments: I love Aweber and will continue to use all the features.
Pros:
AWeber lets you create the lists and you are able to design forms and landing pages that meet your website design. You don't have to augment your site to make your forms look right. That was critical to me. The push notifications, social media integrations, and automation made aWeber a game changer.
Cons:
Sometimes Aweber isn't offered as an integration possibility.
Very competitive Autoresponder option
Comments: When we first started with AWeber a long time ago, it wasn't the most user friendly platform and was pretty limited in what it could do. They have consistently updated it over the last decade to be a really solid competitor in the autoresponder/email marketing field.
Pros:
I love that it doesn't charge extra for subscribers for the plan that we are on. It is also incredible competitive in its pricing compared to Mailchimp which does much of the same things. Love that they also added in tagging options.
Cons:
I honestly don't really have any dislikes of the platform. It integrates well with what we use and we have no complaints.
Streamlining Email Campaigns: Maximizing Efficiency with AWeber
Comments: I used AWeber to manage email updates and communications with stakeholders, such as researchers, collaborators, and industry partners, during my internship at the university's Department of Pharmaceutical Development and Research. Building professional connections, exchanging research discoveries, and successfully disseminating information all benefited from the software. AWeber's user-friendly UI and adaptable templates made creating emails quick and easy while maintaining brand consistency. The automated features improved communication efficiency by enabling customized messages and guaranteeing prompt follow-ups. We could monitor engagement levels and modify our email campaigns as needed thanks to AWeber's dependable deliverability and analytics. AWeber was essential in establishing departmental collaborations and supporting our study.
Pros:
AWeber provides businesses with a strong email marketing solution that enables them to engage their audiences and get results. Without any coding experience, you can easily design professional-looking email campaigns using its user-friendly editor and drag-and-drop functionality. With the help of AWeber's automation features, businesses can communicate with customers in a targeted and personalized way, nurturing leads and forging lasting relationships. The program offers in-depth analytics and reporting that provide insightful data on subscriber behavior and campaign performance. The wide template collection and customisable sign-up forms offered by AWeber further improve lead generation and brand consistency. AWeber is a dependable option for companies of all sizes looking to maximize their email marketing efforts because to its exceptional customer support and consistent deliverability.
Cons:
AWeber has many advantages, but there are also certain things to take into account. When compared to some contemporary email marketing platforms, the software's user interface could feel a little archaic. Although it offers the most fundamental automation features, more complex workflows could call for extra integrations or workarounds. AWeber's price model, which is based on the amount of subscribers, could be difficult for companies with lists that are expanding quickly. The template customization choices may not offer as much freedom as other rivals, but being enough for the majority of needs. Despite these drawbacks, AWeber is a good option for email marketing needs thanks to its extensive feature set, deliverability rates, and customer support.

Great Customer Support
Comments: Excellent experience with Aweber. They have always answered our questions and even offered suggested articles that are so helpful.
Pros:
We have used Aweber for over 5 years and love their customer service. They have been able to help us with suggestions on landing pages, templates for broadcasts, and sign-up forms. They make it easy for a beginner to set this all up.
Cons:
Like everything they offer. Really can't think of any changes they could make.
What I Know bout AWeber
Comments: My overall experience is remarkable, AWeber is the real deal solution for automating marketing strategies.
Pros:
AWeber enables me to seamlessly create, customize and send high volume outbound marketing emails in just few clicks.
Cons:
I use AWeber on a daily basis and I barely come across any hectic aspect.

AWeber: A Good Start With Email Marketing
Comments: I enjoyed using AWeber. It was easy to set up lists and broadcast emails. And it made it possible for me to get started building my business online without much tech skill. However, as I became a more advanced marketer and wanted more control in my business, the way AWeber was set up did not seem to make certain advanced automation features possible. Or the interface was set up in such a way to dissuade you from using it for more complex features.
Pros:
The best part about AWeber is how easy it is to use. There aren't a whole lot of bells and whistles which means that it's super fast to get up and running. And honestly, though it's not my favorite tool, most businesses would do better to use AWeber than their current email marketing system. Also, it's got good deliverability which means your emails actually show up in the inbox instead of spam.
Cons:
I call AWeber a "beginner" email marketing tool because that's what it feels like. Yes, it'll get you up and running. But it doesn't "feel" powerful and the lack of features leave some things to be desired. But "something" is better than "nothing", so if using something easy gets you and your business to do email marketing, than by all means use AWeber.
Aweber is the prefect email service for beginning and advanced marketers
Comments: I have several clients using Aweber, and they love it. Aweber does have a learning curve, but it is well worth taking the time to learn how to use it.
Pros:
Aweber is designed for marketers. It has a great automation system with many advanced features, like "if/else" and segmentation, that are well worth investing the time to learn. It is a great service for online marketers looking to make the next step. The telephone support is very helpful.
Cons:
Aweber usually costs more than other services, but it is usually worth spending the extra money because it provides benefits like 24/7 telephone and chat support.
Old faithful
Comments: It's been both a positive and negative experience. I'm still not sure I will stay with them longterm.
Pros:
Aweber has stood the test of time. It is easy to get set up and get going. I like that it is stable, and it is always encouraging to me when I see that very successful people whose emails I let into my inbox are using Aweber. Their customer service was very helpful to me when I was getting my account set up and had questions on a few things.
Cons:
I do not care for their boring confirmation messages, and the fact that if I want something that is different, I have to get approval from them before I can use it. I also saw a huge flaw when I participated in a promotional event with several others who also use Aweber. Apparently, when somone signs up for several email lists that are all hosted on Aweber, in a short space of time, Aweber sees that behavior as "spammy" and automatically unsubscribes that person from all the lists he/she subscribed to. Their argument is that it protects Aweber customers and it protects their system overall. The problem is that it is unsubscribing people who actually want to receive these emails and if you are delivering a product by email, or even giiving information by email on how the new subscriber can receive that product, then the subscriber will never get that email. When I contacted Aweber about this twice, the support staff was very blasé about this. One support staff member was good enough to remove the block and resubscribe the persons who had been removed so they subscriber could get the emails. Another refused to do so, and said that the subscriber would have to contact them to remove the block. How many people are actually going to take this extra step to receive emails???
My Honest Aweber Review 2021
Comments: I've had a great overall experience with Aweber. The software has been extremely helpful in launching multiple campaigns across various brands and business lines, and it allows me to see the big picture of my marketing efforts, including open rates, click rates, and top line results, all in one place as soon as you log in. It's one of the first simple email marketing tools that new affiliate marketers and those who are serious about making money online utilize.
Pros:
Aweber provides a completely free subscription that is simple to use. It comes with a huge selection of templates, many more than its main competitors. Their customer support is award-winning, easily accessible tech assistance is the ultimate equalizer. Their customer service is divine in terms of hospitality. It's inexpensive and includes a landing page builder. The program gives you the option of allowing people to subscribe to your email list via single or double opt-in. Aweber has several integrations with reliable third-party tools and apps. All of their email templates are mobile-friendly.
Cons:
There are less expensive choices available that offer significantly more capabilities in the marketing automation field. Also, while sending an e-newsletter, you can't include or exclude several segments. The RSS to email templates are inadequate, and they aren't editable with Aweber's regular drag-and-drop email builder. A/B testing, as well as how to use Facebook pixels and Google Analytics cookies in a GDPR-compliant manner, are not available in the landing page builder.

My Favorite Email Marketing Tool
Pros:
AWeber has significantly contributed to the growth of my business through Email Marketing. I am using many platforms but AWeber is super easy to set up and use. The features are awesome especially integrations, marketing automation, email sequences and Landing pages.
Cons:
Nothing to say so far. Everything is perfect
An easy to use email management program
Comments: Pretty seamless
Pros:
It’s intuitive and feature packed. The free version gives you more than enough to work with.
Cons:
Once your list starts expanding, you start paying.
Good tool for CRM and Email marketing
Comments: Overall a good solution for email marketing and newsletters. Could get a better deverability.
Pros:
Good tool and with a lot of options and functionalities. Quite good to use for all marketing needs.
Cons:
Deliverability is just ok, it could be better.
Great for Summarizing Weekly Notifications to Staff
Comments: It's great and I've utilized it for every company I've worked for over the last 4 years. I've also convinced other managers to do the same for their teams.
Pros:
I like that I can "draft" each weekly newsletter than copy it to the next week and make minor adjustments. I use it to send weekly notifications to my staff. I schedule the time to deployed at the same time every week and they know to anticipate it. I also love that I can see the analytics and how many people have opened the email. It's assuring to know my team utilizes the service. Well worth $30/mo.
Cons:
There were some features that changed in 2023. It's not as user friendly as it used to be.
An email marketing software that offers a variety of features to help businesses.
Comments: I would recommend AWeber to anyone looking for a reliable and user-friendly email marketing solution. Its automation capabilities and integration with third-party apps make it a powerful tool for managing your marketing campaigns. However, if you require more customization and in-depth reporting, it may not be the best fit for your needs.
Pros:
One of the things I like about AWeber is its user-friendly interface. It is easy to navigate and the drag-and-drop editor makes it easy to create visually appealing emails without any coding experience.Another great feature of AWeber is its automation capabilities. I have set up several automated campaigns and it has saved me a lot of time and effort. Plus, AWeber's automation is reliable and works seamlessly.
Cons:
One downside I have experienced with AWeber is the limited flexibility in customizing certain features. While the templates and drag-and-drop editor are great, there are times when I want to customize certain elements in my emails, and AWeber's limitations make it difficult to do so.Another thing I would like to see improved is the reporting and analytics section. While the data provided is useful, it is not as in-depth as I would like it to be.
An AWeber Review
Comments: AWeber is a great platform for businesses looking to increase their email marketing and lead generation efforts.
Pros:
It has great features for creating email campaigns, managing contacts, segmenting audiences, and more. Plus, it's affordable and provides helpful customer support.
Cons:
The biggest negative of AWeber is its lack of support for mobile users. The platform is not mobile friendly, which can be a limitation for many users.
Aweber personal review
Pros:
AWeber is very easy to use and has a very satisfying results especially in your email marketing efforts and a very good email deliverability. It is very ideal especially in the first stages of your email marketing campaigns.
Cons:
All i can say is the platform is very costly, but still a good platform to use.
Build your email list with Aweber
Pros:
I use this software from the beginning. In the meantime, I tried almost all autoresponders but this one has the best deliverability and single optin. They have 24/7 support and you can solve any issue immediately. You can import the campaigns, duplicate them with share code, setlist automation. Many autoresponders don't allow to promote affiliate links only website links. Aweber is not among them.
Cons:
You can't put the tracking code on their website builder
You can do better
Comments: Good for beginners, but honestly, if you are going to learn email marketing, you might as well learn how to use something else.
Pros:
Best in Class Customer Service. I don't think you will find any other email tool with better customer support. Customer support is far better than other email marketing tools. They are quick to reply & very knowledgable (Live Chat & Phone)
Cons:
Aweber is sort of a dinosaur. They've been around for a while. But they just aren't as advanced as the newer email marketing tools out there. They keep adding new features (like landing page builder, but they are completely ignoring the fact that their ecom features & deep integrations are basically non-existent. Aweber is fine for a simple weekly newsletter, but when it comes to deep integrations with ecom they are stuck in the past (such as syncing with Shopify and allowing triggers based on the customer journey).
Easy to use Email marketing Software
Pros:
1. Highly easy-to-use platform for anyone without tech skills.2. Easy to integrate on websites.3. Diverse assets for lead capture, and campaign management.
Cons:
Free trial limits the number of contacts used limiting the usage of the app.
From Hero to Zero
Comments: It's a shame Aweber fell from our grace so monumentally. I'd been a loyal customer for several years, but when things went wrong they did so so disastrously and caused real damage to our business. When you're emailing thousands of people, technical glitches are not OK, especially if they can't be explained. Ironically, it's only been moving to another provider that has really served to highlight how dated Aweber is.
Pros:
AWeber was my first email marketing system and I was happy with it for several years. It's fairly easy to use despite having a rather clunky and old-fashioned interface. Email deliverability is reasonably good and the support team responds quickly. It's also staffed with people and not bots.
Cons:
Sadly, Aweber completely destroyed an email campaign and lost me money. I had set up a sequence of emails and twice been on to support so they could confirm it was done correctly. When the time came, the emails went out in the wrong order, annoying customers I'd spent years building up and making our company look very unprofessional. Despite personal phone calls and apologies, Aweber seemed to lose interest and have yet to explain what happened.
